Answer:	It doesn't have caffeine. I take two every morning, and one in the afternoon, maybe even one before bed to help give more lucid dreams. I've found it to be very well balanced and clean energy for what it says, mind, body, and soul. The only "energy" pill I've been able to take, and still be able to fall asleep on no problem, and wake up feeling great!
