Ingredients: 1/2 white onion; 1 garlic clove, finely chopped; 2 cups shredded chicken; 1 can tomato paste; 3 tbsp curry powder; 1/2 c walnuts, roughly chopped; 1 can coconut cream

Saute onions and garlic in avocado oil over medium heat until translucent. Stir in shredded chicken and walnuts for 2 mins. Add tomato paste and curry powder and stir to combine. Add can of coconut cream and stir to combine. Serve over rice. Enjoy and feel good!

Moisture will ruin it. Good Turmeric powder has about 24 Curcuminoids which have medicinal effect- they all will degrade. If you preserve in proper way - there is no expiration date - however, overtime ALL spices will become like saw dust. Best advice - buy new one every year and keep it small bottles and don't expose all of your stock at one time. Rani Brand Turmeric I think comes from Erode and has highest amount of Curcumin of all other Madras/ Allepy/ Krishna/ varieties. Answer:	A good thing if you are afraid of lead is to also use proper clay ingestion. Despite some lead being in clay, it is not able to break away from it for the most part, and has been shown to reduce lead levels in basically all animals given feed with clay in it. I too am pretty wary of lead in this stuff. Because lead in Turmeric is far more dangerous than lead in clay.

What you need:

• 1kg agria potatoes
• 2 tablespoons Organics Olive Oil
• 1 teaspoon Organics Ground Turmeric
• Sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 230°C and Cut your potatoes into thin wedges.
2. Place potatoes in a bowl. Add the oil, spices and herbs and toss to combine. Arrange on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
