Answer:	Been taking it for almost a year and have been using Rogain for over a decade. In conjunction with the Rogaine, I went through 2 bottles full of this supplement, taking two pills together with a multi-vitamin and food to promote absorption...nothing. Then I split up the dosage (morning and evening), doing the same routine....nothing. About me: I'm in my 40's and have had a receding hairline + bald spot in back since my early 30's, so I'm not sure how much that contributes. I've asked my barber to look and let me know his thoughts. He said he can see some very fine, very weak strands of hair in the bald spot, but that's it. Overall my hair had been thinning out on the top of my head since my mid 30's, slowly over time. I haven't noticed any real change at all. I'd be happy if this just keeps me where I'm at, but it'll take maybe 5 years of observation to determine. I spray ALL wind chimes with Krylon glitter spray paint. For something so multi-colored as this, I use clear Krylon with glitter in it. Your chime is protected from the elements and talk about bouncing light around. The clear Krylon does not cover up all the lovely colors but the glitter catches the sun and bounces around every shell's color. Thus u get beauty, great sound, protection from sun rain and all AND a lot of sparkling colors. You MUST follow paint instructions exactly.
