Answer:	I took Remifemin for a few years along with a light dose of Premarin.. Got off the Premarin and continued the Remifemin for awhile but decided to go to the Estroven which is only one per day... Big mistake - Maybe I need to be on if for longer time (only been 10 days or so now) but hot flashes are back.. I'm going to keep on with it because it says it could take up to 60 days for it to start working but now I know that the Remifemin worked for me. I have been taking this for several years and it has greatly reduced my symptoms. It is also a good thing to pay attention to the foods you eat. I find that certain foods for me trigger more symptoms. For me, pepperoni, green peppers and too much black pepper cause me to have more hot flashes, but I love them, so I have to judge whether I want to deal with it, but all my symptoms have been greatly reduced whether I eat them or not

Question:	I've been taking extra strength estroven for years and was wondering if anyone had tried both and which was preferred. Thanks in advance
Answer:	I took Remifemin for a few years along with a light dose of Premarin.. Got off the Premarin and continued the Remifemin for awhile but decided to go to the Estroven which is only one per day... Big mistake - Maybe I need to be on if for longer time (only been 10 days or so now) but hot flashes are back.. I'm going to keep on with it because it says it could take up to 60 days for it to start working but now I know that the Remifemin worked for me. To put this in perspective, they're slightly longer than a penny is wide, and their width is slightly greater than a third of a penny's diameter. Most people who have difficulty swallowing large tablets find them very easy to handle. They're slighter larger than an Advil Liqui Gel Mini. My best comparison to an Advil Liqui Gel is that they're a bit longer but not as wide. I hope that helps!!!

Answer:	I started taking this for hormonal acne, obsessed with finding a way to manage it after I got off birth control pills and my face $#%@% exploded. I began to cut out dairy products and limit animal products. It seemed to help a little...I wanted more so I started on primrose oil. Within a few weeks, I definitely saw a difference in my skin. I'm so happy. My face isn't 100% clear but this is the first thing I've tried that seems to be really working! The small amount of pimples I get seem to heal much quicker. Tips: Taking this product with zinc or vitamin c will aid in its efficacy. The power product in this is GLA which in primrose oil is mostly converted to DGLA (aids in reduction of inflammation).
