Answer:	I have not been putting mine in the refrigerator. It is sweetened (preservative) as it is in a syrup form. Besides if taken as recommended, you won’t have it out in the shelf long enough to get spoiled.
Question:	Can you use it as a substitute for maple syrup on french toast or pancakes. it sounds like a silly question, but a valid one
Answer:	Well since the recommended dosage is only one teaspoon per day I do not think it’s a good idea. Not sure why you would want to, more us not always a good thing. Stick to pure maple syrup for your pancakes. It has nutritional value if it’s own.
