Answer:	The shelf life is stamped on the sealed side of the wrapper, usually allowing one the have a year. Many of the peanut butter products are allegedly in good shape or two years from purchase. If the bars feel very hard, they are reaching their limit of freshness. I have used these as Trail Snacks for Scout trips but the bars are now smaller and less filling as snacks so I have upgraded to KIND bars (at Costco, about 57 cts. each, under Kirkland labeling) and the Pearson's Salted Nut Rolls...in two sizes, small is 50 cts. and large is $1. The small ones are sold by Ace Hardware and large ones by Sportman's Warehouse. Yes, Ace Hardware does have snack items, too! Small ones are 135 mg. of sodium but have a long burning time in our Scouts on hikes, and as emergency foods, too.

Go to your local high-end supermarket and look at the packaging; the nutrition analysis is printed on each bar and on the box of 24. I now prefer the KIND bars for Trail Snacks for our Boy Scouts. My medical authorities like these Tiger Milk bars as snack items for kids, but they have ceased to be a good value for the dollar. The King Size is a better snack but costs $1.29 each.

Answer:	I'll give you the shortest answer possible. Average male needs 4000 calories a day with 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day with 1 hr weight training per day. This will vary due to cardio inclusion, intensity of weight training, etc. This basic formula puts you around 1 lb of muscle mass per week. This is a very rough estimate, but will point you in the right direction. This is a supplement and DO NOT try to replace food with a mass gainer. Again, it is a supplement.

Answer:	The ingredients list contains milk protein isolate. Milk protein is different than whey protein because it contains both of the proteins found in milk - whey and casein. Whey protein has the casein filtered out, but milk protein contains both.

Answer:	Using water it doesn't create a thick mixture. Might be a little thicker if you used milk or a milk substitute. I buy fresh or frozen fruit/berries, thaw and puree a small amount of them at a time, and add that mixture to the vanilla. It is really good that way!

Answer:	I have a couple times in the past. I was working in the refineries during the winter. Warmed up my unsweetened vanilla almond milk then mixed it in to make like a “hot chocolate”. Tasted great. As far as potency I can’t speak of that on a technical level, but if I had to guess I wouldn’t think it would change any of the contents.
