Answer:	the pills are not that bIg and they are a capsule so they slide down easily. I actually stopped taking it because my hot flashes were so bad I ended up getting something from my doctor instead. I did find that this product combined with evening primrose helped but mine got so bad I needed something else. Good luck and talk to your doctor about non -estrogen options.

In 2015, the serving size on the supplement facts label for this product was changed from 800 mg for 2 capsules, to 400mg for one capsule, in order to comply with good manufacturing practices because we are required to state the largest serving size taken at one time. The product has always been 400mg and 2mg triterpene glycosides per capsule. The suggested use still is, and always has been, 1 capsule twice daily. The product formulation and manufacturing process has not changed, only the serving size in the supplement facts box.
