Answer:	I think you'll still get good results. For optimal hair growth my dermatologist (who specializes in hair loss) recommended 10,000 mcg per day...but if you just do one I think you'll still reap benefits. I'm sensitive too and this has not made me break out.

Answer:	I am not an expert but would suggest consuming these capsules along with massaging the bald spots with castor oil (or another oil such as rosemary) which improve circulaton and provide all kinds of proteins and vitamins for the scalp.
Question:	What's the difference between 5000 mcg and the 10000 mcg bottles
Answer:	I believe the 10,000 is more for people who have a biotin deficiency. If you don't have that issue then you should start with a lower mcg.
