Answer:	Yes you can use this indoors! However, given that it will smoke your apartment up why would you want to? You could use sterno to avoid the smoke but since Amazon sells a sterno stove for $5.41, why would you want to spend $70 on this?

Answer:	It depends... I am currently researching this topic for a trip to Yosemite, and it appears that it is ok as long as "Fire Restrictions" are not in effect. When Fire Restrictions ARE in effect (and it is different classification for over/under 6000 ft), wood fires, including "twig stoves", are not allowed. Also, wood Fires are never allowed above 9600 feet. I'm going to Yosemite in June, so we should be ok. I'm buying an alcohol burner to take as a backup though....And again, this is for Yosemite - other parks may have different rules. Also, this seems to be commonly known as "twig stove".

For most of the people I have introduced rhodiola rosea to (and they all keep taking it regularly, and report success), it lasts a month or more. This is the most effective herb I have told people about. Once they use it, they make sure they keep it and use it regularly. If it doesn't affect you, you are hopelessly totally normal.
