If your ball has been inflated to the correct measurement, then you should not have the ball slipping through the hole as my mister weighs more than you do and he doesn't have a problem when he sits on this chair. That said, you might have a problem with maintaining the inflation, so when you inflate it take note of the measurement and re-check it in a few days. If you find it isn't a problem to maintain the balls inflation, try inflating the ball to maybe another inch larger as the suggested measurement is not "written in stone." Also, I saw on a previous answer that the back rest doesn't work?? I would love to know what that comment is about as the "back rest" is not meant for you to rest your back upon-- it was never meant to bear any significant amount of weight. It's there pretty much to make sure the ball doesn't roll off the ring.
