Answer:	I would water and rubbing alcohol. I let it sit for five minutes then I would put it in the contact solution. Making sure no lent was on it. Then proceed to grab contact out of my eye. I don’t do that for both eyes just for the first time using it. And then I’d set it back in the case. Once a week I clean the case with water and alcohol. Unless it comes open in my bag or cabinet.
