Question:	Why can’t i “add to list”? this is the perfect christmas gift, but i can’t figure out how to add it to our kids’ amazon wish list
Answer:	I just added the Amazon Chrome extension. Then I could add to my wishlist from there, and then I could move it to my kid's wishlist from my list. A little bit of a work-around, but it seems to work! I'll probably remove the chrome extension after the holidays.

Answer:	The boxes ship every other month based on your purchase date. If you order today, June 19th, your box goes out the next business day. Your second box processes on August 19th and goes out the next business day, your third box goes out on October 19th, and so on. Basically the box ships when you order it and then every 60 days after that.

Answer:	No we don’t repeat an item unless we have requests to, or if the item has a cool update. In reference to themes we always have new themes or a new spin on an important theme.

Answer:	The monthly subscription box is a pay as you go option. You are charged each month, shipped a box each month and then you cancel your subscription through your Amazon account at any time. The 3 month subscription option means you are buying 3 months of boxes. that are shipped for the next 3 months however you pay upfront and after the 3 months your subscription automatically cancels. Answer:	I gifted my BFF a three month subscription by placing order thru regular Allure to see if she liked it. Then, for the remainder of her year, I changed my to #2 a month and it gives us a reason to get together, hang out and open boxes.

Question:	How does this compare to Birchbox or Ipsy
Answer:	-Birchbox cost $10 per month Birchbox’s gift to you is their signature box, which has a different designed top and a color coordinated bottom each month, which could be used for gift giving or storage, but it’s not very large, I ended up with a stack of 5x7 boxes, which I donated. I liked that you were asked questions tailored to determine your favorite (or most flattering) colors, and any skin or hair issues. The selection of samples is somewhat comparable to those you can buy at Sephora when you are waiting in line. What turned me off was when I decided to cancel my subscription to Birchbox, I went through a gauntlet of questions on their website and was then directed to check my email for the link to cancel (sent from Birchbox), which never arrived. I stopped payment via my bank. -Ipsy cost $10 per month ...I liked Ipsy more than Bb. They sent the samples in a makeup bag, which was different each month, and a makeup brush. The samples were relatively the same as Bb, and often one or two samples duplicated each other. I joined Ipsy after being a Bb member off and on for several months. I quit Ipsy only because I had several samples of the same products; but I really did like the makeup brush and makeup bags. **Both Birchbox and Ipsy include a card with a description of the products and the discount price you’ll receive on their website. -Allure cost $15 per month, your first months’ box is $10. My first month was June and I was really impressed! I received a sea through day-glow plastic envelope/makeup bag. The items were packaged very thoughtfully, and no small sample sizes. Eye cream, Floss lip gloss, Moroccanoil hair treatment...six items total. The July box was Huda Beauty, really nice offering. Included in each monthly envelope is a small booklet with a generous description of the product, and a promo code. August’s offering was the last one to include the envelope/bag. September’s box, slightly bigger than Bb’s box, with “allure beauty” stamped on top. I was disappointed, but the nice thing about the contents were that they were all Allure Award winning products. Included was full size NARS lip crayon, a favorite of mine. The downside is that the LaRoche-Posey eczema cream was truly sample sized, (perhaps because of the cost, their products are expensive, but high quality) the rest were full and deluxe sample sized. Allure includes a small booklet with each order with product description/review by an Allure employee why they love it, how to use, etc. Also included are ads for jewelry to swim ware, discounted pricing or a dollar amount off from Allure. Question:	What is the benefit of getting this box through Amazon instead of directly through Allure
Answer:	Here’s the benefit. First when I switched cards I was charged on both cards but got one box. 2nd I called to make sure they were charging my correct card and yet for months they still billed my wrong card. 3rd and this is the one that really pisses me off. They totally screwed the box Dec 2019 box. My card was stolen and I called in to fix it (bc it only sometimes works if you call) and had them get my subscriptions fixed with the new card. I was specifically asked if I Just wanted to start with the Dec box (it was the last week of Nov) and I said no go ahead and send Nov as well and I was told I’d be charged at the same time and get both boxes at the same time. I realized I never got the Dec box and called to see what was up. They’d screwed up and no more Dec boxes. I’m so angry bc I did everything right to get the year end special box and they screwed up and I don’t get it. It was the only box I was really looking forward to.

Question:	can I just order one box
Answer:	I ordered one, and was going to cancel after the first box, but have now decided to get another. When I don't have the funds I am going to go into my subscriptions to cancel, its rather easy.
Question:	Is there a way to subscribe every-other month
Answer:	The only option is to subscribe monthly or cancel and restart, the problem with that is that if you restart you often get the same toys as before, it seems they have preset boxes so restarting may result in duplicate toys, hope this helps!

Answer:	You do not know until the package arrives. It is totally random. I know my colors, too, and pass the misfits on to sisters and friends.

Answer:	I'm sorry to inform you but the option for customization is not yet available. Lip Monthly like to be a little adventurous. That's why we are unable to reveal any kind of information about future boxes. You won't know what you'll get until it gets delivered to you. It's a surprise box, But we are now on the process of adding the option for customization and our developers are working hard for this update.
Question:	Are the products cruelty free
Answer:	There has never been any indication that the products are cruelty free. I've been subscribed for almost a year, and hung in there just to see if the company would grow, and the products get a bit better, but they seem to be getting worse. I'm still subscribed, hoping it'll improve again. The last two shipments I've received have been pretty low quality, and arrived in an ugly drawstring pouch made out of a thin, light brown, burlap type material, instead of the promised pretty makeup bag. I've never received a product that had much of any info. listed on the packaging.

Thanks for taking a look at Simple Loose Leaf. I'm Andrew, that short guy on the left! And next to me is my partner in crime, Nicholas. And together, with the help of our sister, we started Simple Loose Leaf in March of 2013. Since starting, we've learned more about tea and life than we thought possible. We started as a tiny 2 person show that has grown to include us, an amazing team at the developmental workplace, a team in Texas, and a very talented tea fanatic in London.

• What kinds of teas will I get each month?
  • Each month Simple Loose Leaf sends you 4 loose leaf teas. These teas will include black teas, green tea, herbal teas, and something seasonally fun. We select the teas based on use feedback from past tea boxes, what time of year it is, and the types of teas we feel our customers will enjoy.
• How much tea do I receive each month?
  • Each box of tea will contain 40 grams of loose leaf tea. There will be 4 individually packaged teas with 10 grams of loose leaf per tea. 10 grams of dry leaf is enough to make 4 to 5 cups of single steeped tea.
• Can I customize the teas I get or request specific teas each month?
  • We don't offer a way to customize your tea box for each shipment. We have chosen to not offer customization so we can partner with a local non-profit developmental workplace. They offer educational services and employment opportunities for local Arkansans with developmental disabilities. For us to be able to partner with them, and the community they serve, we've had to figure out ways to keep the tea boxes as simple as possible.
• What are the little cloth bags in my tea box?
  • Simple Loose Leaf works with a Kansas based manufacturing company that sews those little cloth bags. They are designed to be reusable tea filters that work best for single cup brewing. To clean them, you can turn them inside out and run them under some water to get the leafs off.
• How do I make changes to my membership?
  • Log into your Amazon account and go to the "Subscription" section. There you'll find your Simple Loose Leaf membership information and can make any changes to your account that you need to make. Like changing your address or cancelling future renewals. Note: We as merchants won't be able to make these changes for you.
• How do I ask you other questions about your teas or my membership?
  • You can use the Amazon message system to ask us any questions you have about our teas, your membership, and anything in between. If we can't help you directly we will be able to help get you pointed in the right direction.

What comes in a meowbox?

Every meowbox has at least 5 carefully selected toys and treats for your cat with a new theme every month. We have the regular box, which contains at least 4 toys and 1 treat, and for picky eaters or cats with dietary restrictions we have the without treats box, which contains an extra toy instead of any edible items.

What if I have more than one cat?

Every meowbox comes with 5 items so we have found it is definitely enough for multiple kitties to share.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Absolutely, as this plan renews monthly you can cancel prior to your renewal date in any given month.
