Answer:	I'm not sure it matters. I just ran out and not reordering. Honestly don't think it made any difference.

I took this 1.5 years ago for awhile and saw strength gains at the gym and could tell it helps with energy. It also seemed to help with belly fat. I could tell it raised my metabolism as I was hotter than normal. They say if you are taking it for libido, you MUST cycle it more frequently. So, maybe 1 day on, 1 off. Or 2 on, 1 off. More is NOT better, go slow. Cycling is a must. If for strengh gains, there is a different protocol. Oh, and I didn't grow a beard or mustache. I have tried many things for libido, this is hands down the best I have ever tried. I notice my mood is better, I am much stronger at the gym after about day 2 or 3 of taking 1/4 pill.
