Question:	Which flavor is the most delicious? I am very picky with protein shakes. Which taste best between chocolate and stawberry
Answer:	My personal favorites are caramel, vanilla cafe latte and banana in that order. Pumpkin spice was also tasty in small quantities (I've piecemealed my order since October). Peaches and cream and strawberries and cream were just okay but based on smell and their sacrine sweet taste i felt like i was drinking something akin to a scented candle. As for the choco varieties, i have yet to find a chocolate protein shake i like, this was no different. Yuck! Im not a fan of cinnamon so i skipped cinnamon roll all together.

Answer:	Milk protein and lactose are two different things. A person with lactose intolerance can still have milk protein. Milk protein is a protein and lactose is a sugar. The ingredients indicate only 1g of sugar, but list sucralose. Sucralose is a sugar, so this is where the 1g of sugar is coming from. Ensure Max Protein drinks also list 1g of sugar with sucralose listed as a sugar and it is suitable for lactose intolerance individuals. I have not had the Premier Protein shakes, but I've had the Ensure Max with no problems and I am lactose intolerant.

Answer:	$25.06 for a dozen 11.5oz bottles. The cookies and cream taste amazing, I love it! 1 bottle keeps me from feeling hungry for about 5-6 hours
Question:	i put mine in freezer and get them slushy. then i was told if i freeze it take the protein out. is this true
Answer:	Freezing them could change the consistency if you freeze them and thaw them out. That's why freezing milk isn't recommended. The only way to change the protein would be with heat. With the right application of heat, you can denature protein. A good experiment to see this at work is frying an egg. That's why the clear runny stuff around the yolk turns white while you cook it. Freeze away (I love dumping it in a blender with ice to get a similar effect.)

Answer:	Without having the product in front of me, I'm not sure. I know they're lower in sugar than many comparable bars. Try doing an online search for the nutritional values/ingredient label. The KIND website should have it.

Answer:	there is a 100 calorie version of the muscle milk that you may be referring to. It is much thinner than this one. This one is the original muscle milk, thicker, 160 calories, and it takes better than the thinner one (to me). The thinner one has an artificial taste to me. I like this one, the thicker one, better. I use it as creamer in my coffee or just drink it straight!

Answer:	I bought a case in mid-March 2019 and the expiration date is May 2020. So they have a pretty long shelf-life.

"Fit" is designed for weight loss, withs some extra ingredients to help with weight loss. "Meal" has a greens blend, and a fruit and vegetable blend, whereas "Fit" doesn't. Both can help with losing weight thanks to the high amount of protein and fiber, with almost not fat or carbs. Fit will provide you more satiation per serving due to the extra protein. Meal should give you more energy per serving due to the greens, fruit and vegetable blend. It also contains more vitamins due to these blends, including b vitamins. Answer:	Milk protein is typically both whey and casein protein. More than likely this does contain both whey (the fast acting protein in milk) and casein (the slower acting protein in milk).
Question:	Can this be used as coffee creamer
Answer:	I actually switched from the 25g one because I had a lot of trouble with clumping as others have reported. This one is thinner so its not as filling, which is not great because I drink these for breakfast on the go. On the other hand the texture is much nicer...no clumps...and its a little sweeter and more chocolatey. I used to put extra chocolate stevia drops in the 25g one, but no need to do that with this one.
