Answer:	I would first think if the apples were from their "own orchard", they would be organically grown. There is no indication on the packaging to assume otherwise. The use of pesticides would have to addressed by the farm. I can tell you from my experience, this is the most natural tasting Apple Butter I've ever enjoyed!

Answer:	My recommendation is to contact Kauffman’s again regarding your replacement jar. I’ve purchase apple butter from them several times. For one order I purchased of 12 jars three jars arrived broken. They did replace them promptly. If after contacting them again you do not receive your replacement, then call Amazon customer service on their toll free number for assistance. That said, based on my experience with Kaufman’s, you’ll receive your replacement jar. Hope this keeps.

Answer:	Sorry, Dawn, I can't know the difference because I don't know what the "green cucumber eye patches" are, but I can speak for the PTR24K patches that I purchased and they are very effective on puffiness and soothing to the eye area. They are super easy and convenient to use, too! Worth the investment for sure. I HAVE tried chilled cucumber slices on my eyes but other than the soothing affect, I saw no significant decrease in puffiness.
