Six recipes are on the back of the bag which has a zip lock top. I have tried four of them and all were delicious. The ingredients are: cold-processed cross flow icrofiltered why protein isolate, natural flavor, cocoa powder (natural process), xanthan fum. lecithin (from non-GMO sunflower seeds) and stevia.Subscription to Consumer Lab is well worth it - a huge amount of testing and keeps companies on their toes including the bigger ones like Costco and the smaller ones too. The chief officer of CL's has been on OZ several times now and I believe it will keep companies improving their products. Be reassured the $$ spent on Jay Robb are worth every penny. Forgot to mention that on the back of the bag it offers they obtain their free whey rBgh from small farms throughout the world and when the supplies run short abroad they turn to high quality domestic raw materials as well. Answer:	Hi Catherine! There are 3 common types of Whey; Whey Protein Concentrate- WPC, Whey Protein Isolate- WPI and Whey Protein Hydrolysate- WPH. WPC has low levels of fat and carbs with anywhere from 30-90% of protein content. WPI has had all fat and carbs removed and usually contains at least 90% protein. While WPH is pretty much predigested which just means this form is easily absorb. Also just FYI, WPH is good for allergy sufferers because of its decreased allergen potential. Hope this helps. Answer:	They're I'd say an 1 1/2 inch long by a little over a 1/4 inch wide. They are big. And they aren't coated so they're dry and I find them very difficult to swallow. For some reason they have some many different amount, 22 servings, 20, 25, etc. i use the Cocoa Pebbles and Fruity Pebbles and the taste is good. I do two scoops and drink starting mid workout. Answer:	Are you using this product more than once a day? I ask because your body cannot utilize more than around 22-25 grams of protein per serving, so if you're consuming 50 grams per serving you may want to cut back. Do you mix it with water, milk, juice? Wondering how it tastes.

Answer:	It doesn't say "organic", but I'm not sure what the reasoning behind that is. Perhaps it's related to where the milk was sourced ("small dairy farms in CA"). It might be more difficult to prove that these small dairy farms all used organic feed. But it does claim pasture/grass fed (among other things such as free of growth hormones and GMOs).

Answer:	That could be a tricky question. Are you asking about the Naked brand or any unflavored variety of any brand? I switched from Naked brand to Promix but it was because I liked their chocolate flavor much better than Naked's chocolate. I never had any trouble mixing either Naked brand or Promix. Both are excellent unless you prefer flavors and I think Promix chocolate, vanilla are quite a bit better taste wise. Naked's taste in chocolate is very light. Their vanilla is too sweet tasting. I still would recommend either brand to anyone.

Answer:	Yes, I did for two days in a row. And I only added 1-tbsp to my smoothie, not the 2-scoops that are recommended. It messed with my intestinal tract and bowel movements. I'm going to wait a while and then I may try using it alone in a smoothie with the protein super foods 50, Berry and water or some kind of liquid. I was a whey protein advocate for years and that never bothered me. I'm not a Vegan or Vegetarian, so it's not imperative that I drink this stuff. I need to look into "erythritol". Maybe that is the culprit.
