Answer:	I guess it can be used for both women and men depending on the person metabolism or the results you're looking for!!! I would recommend to any one . It would give you a boost plus the taste is great!

Answer:	Personally I think the NO-Xplode is a little foam-ier. The NO-Xplode doesn't provide as much of a caffeine buzz like the ON Pre-work out but it still gives a boost. If you're looking for that big burst of energy then I would stick with this.
Question:	How does this compare to C4? Better? Worse? Different
Answer:	Better to me. ON is a solid name in the supplement industry and compared to C4 Original this has 25 milligrams more of caffeine. I do like C4, but considering the addictive element of C4 and the fact that the ON option slightly cheaper with more caffeine, it was a no brainer for me.
Question:	Is this good for running too? As in a 10 mile run
Answer:	Like any of these "pre-workout" supplements the whole point of it is actually to change your perception. These things don't actually "make you" go faster, stronger or bigger. The caffeine in this by itself should make you feel euphoric and perceive yourself as being able to concentrate better. In fact, something called a "caffeine rush" can make a person perform heavier dead-lifts and bench presses and all that versus someone who isn't taking caffeine. Studies show there is minimal effect with caffeine, beta-alanine and creatine with elite athletes. Much less to the 10-reps-of-3 daily guy. The problem with these supplements however is that your body will get used to it. What you'll find is folks who will say "I felt good about taking this for a week and then it just didn't give me that same rush anymore". Which is about right. Since your body gets used to it (e.g. caffeine) it will now require more of a dosage to get the same "feeling". So, yeah, it'll make you feel good on your 16K...but so will a tall/small coffee.

Answer:	C4 ripped has more ingredients you would find in a fat burner but there is no creatine in it or barely any and also has a bit more caffeine (150mg). C4 sport has about 5G of creatine in it and less caffeine than ripped (135mg). I also think sport has more beta alanine in it which gives the tingles you get when you drink it but I don’t remember exactly.

Starting material was found to contain 191 g major catechins/kg material, 36 g caffeine/kg material and 5.2 g flavonols/kg material on a dry mass basis. The content of major catechins in green tea extracts varied from approximately 280–580 g/kg dry extract, with extraction efficiencies of major catechins varying from 61% to almost 100%. Content of caffeine in extract was in the range of 75 g/kg, where its extraction efficiency varied from 62% to 76%. Average extraction yield was 30% with exceptions when using pure acetone and acetonitrile, where extraction yield was about 3%.
