As long as you are using the mug for either making delicious Moscow Mules, or for any other tasty beverage that suits your fancy, if the rivets EVER leak, let us know through the "Contact Seller" option here on Amazon and we will promptly send you another mug, or refund your purchase. You are covered under our lifetime warranty from manufacturer defects, as long as you can provide an image of the defect for us to determine the cause of the problem. On another note, the reason we prefer to sell mugs with rivets: The rivets provide a MUCH higher quality and sturdy connection that allows the handle to bend before the rivets break or lose water tight integrity. With your average Moscow Mule Mug here on Amazon and at most retail stores, handles are welded to the mug, and can easily break with even a slight amount of pressure in many cases. Answer:	The cups are unlined, so it did just what you wanted it to do. The water ionized some copper (turned it into a salt) and it went into solution in your water. So, naturally there's tarnish where it did what you wanted. You can either ignore the tarnish, since your purpose is to slowly dissolve the cup in water, or clean the cup with vinegar and salt as per the manufacturer's instructions. Be aware of course, that if you leave water in it again overnight, the cup will again tarnish.

Answer:	The bulk of the protein, as I discern the label, is from whey, but there is a smaller amount of soy lecithin, further down in the list of ingredients. If you do not want ANY soy, then don't use this product. (I am not convinced that soy protein is "garbage," but because of a history of breast cancer and autoimmune disease, my doctors have told me to stay away from soy products--even though they say it is fine for others of their patients. I use these bars only occasionally, and certainly not daily. They satisfy hunger, give me energy, and provide a small meal for me when I am on the run.

Answer:	Many say 12 comes in a box, however today I received a box of only 4 bars. That amounts to $5.00 a bar. Be very careful when purchasing this product because each seller is different. I had originally purchased a box with 12 bars and thought that was what I was getting this time. Wrong! Read carefully before purchasing because they do not sell them as boxes of 12 at all times it all depends on the seller.

Answer:	Hello Kevin,Yes, you can absolutely use these mugs for whiskey, or any drink that you want to keep cold for longer than a standard drinking mug or glass. We always recommend that you adjust the blend of you drink to suit the difference in taste. Remember that if you use any acid base liquid (lime, lemon, or any fruit acid), the mug reacts with the acid changing the flavor of the drink and gives it more of a "pop" in our opinion. You can also use it for straight whiskey, in which case we recommend that you frost your copper mug in the freezer for an hour or so, and you can skip the ice to prevent your whiskey from watering down. A few days ago, I visited the same Amazon site, and the price had increased to $16.64 I wrote a product review, complementing the product, but questioning the high increase in price. Amazon sent me an email, saying that my review was now posted. When I looked for it, the site shows a general 4star review (for this 18 unit box), with over 2,000 reviews. However, NO REVIEWS (including mine) ARE POSTED. Instead, it says "be the first to review this product". I am an appreciative and motivated Prime customer, and buy many things from Amazon. But this situation and lack of response or info from Amazon seems like a way to slip in a higher cost without taking responsibility or even an explanation to me. Since the product is made in Canada, not China, this is not related to the current tariff issues. Jeez Amazon, I would have appreciated a response instead of having to address the issue here. Answer:	I've seen both the price and the availability vary quite a bit day to day. I don't mind paying a bit more when it's available through Amazon Prime, because the service is SO MUCH better. I don't usually need next-DAY delivery, but I like 99+% PROBABILITY of delivery. With 3rd-party vendors I get 80% probability of delivery, and usually next WEEK if not next MONTH. I don't know why, but this flavor is harder to find anywhere, and it's one of the few without Chocolate, if one happens to be avoiding same. I've been Lucky to find it at other Vitamin sellers.
