Answer:	I don't know if they are dog proof, but I bought these for a friend and have used them myself at her house; they protected my hands well and my friend has had no complaints!

Answer:	yes, it will fit you like a regular sized oven mitt. I have pretty small hands and they fit me well.

Answer:	Hi Andrea! Good question - I was hesitant about washing these, BUT I was surprised at how well they held up! So yes, they can be washed. They're cotton (apart from the inner), and is recommended to be 'cold washed' on a gentle cycle. Also, I WOULDNT wash these with any light colours...I do mine with dark colours only :) last but not least, don't iron them...I just air dry mine. Hope that helps!

Answer:	I’m not sure... it’s just a little rubber MANATEE ... like a toy. Can’t see how it could be a lid for anything. It’s cute... I gave it as a gift to a tea drinker.

Answer:	Yes, I use it in the microwave for vegetables and it works very well. I've also received good reports about microwave use from friends to whom I gave one as a present.

Answer:	I am not sure, but it doesn't soften or buckle under boiling water vapour. However, the holes in the funnel of the steamship are far too small and its difficult to remove when the water is boiling. Novelty use only I would suggest. I only used mine a couple of times and now it is in the cupboard.

Answer:	Between the fact that polydextrose has some sorbitol and there is some residual lactose from the protein, I would not recommend these as part of a low fodmap approach

Answer:	I am Diabetic. I know to subtract Fiber from total Carbs. But I'm not sure if we (Diabetics) subtract the Glycerin too, or if that's just an Atkins Plan thing. They sell a box of 16 PB Meal Bars for about $19.50 and the expiration dates are always 8-10 months out, at least. Walmart sells a box of ONLY 5 bars for $8. Amazon's best price is $11.27/8 bars. Plus, I often receive them in dented boxes and with expiration dates only about 3-4 months away. I really like Atkins bars but I won't buy them on Amazon any more. I only buy Luna Bars on Amazon these days.

Atkins Chocolate Chip Granola is good if you like crunchy, and it has lots of chocolate chips. Atkins Triple Chocolate Crunch is excellent for chocolate lovers, crunchy, dark chocolate, lots of chocolate chips. Atkins makes a nut roll that tastes just like PayDay, one that tastes just like Snickers, and a cookie bar that is like a huge Oreo cookie. The chocolate caramel nut roll is one of my favorites. Answer:	Not very. The net carbs on these bars are FALSELY STATED. In fact, there are two class action lawsuits against the company for misleading consumers on the artificially low net carbs stated on these products. Maltitol needs be be counted partially in the net carb count, (approximately 50% actually) so if the nutritional facts say 9g sugar alcohols and Maltitol is the only one in the product, you need to count 4.5 grams of net carbs for this, in addition to any other non-fiber carbohydrates these snacks contain. So that 2 or 3 net carbs stated on the box are in fact closer to 7 or 8. Now your keto diet is stalled completely after you eat a couple of these!

Ingredients like whey protein, almond meal and sugar substitutes are far more expensive than just plain flour and sugar. Traditional toaster pastries are made largely of flour & sugar, resulting in high amounts of carbohydrates. Companies do this because it helps them cut costs. There are three essential elements of every single food product: taste, cost (meaning least expensive to make) and nutrition. Answer:	Ik almond flour is really expensive and other ingredients but when bought in bulk (which I am sure they do) it drops the price a lot! Sample Recipe: Fuss-Free Pulled Pork Tacos

1. Cut the pork into 12 pieces similar in size. Rub the pork with the taco seasoning and sprinkle with the salt.

2. Place the oil in a multicooker and preheat to saute. Add the pork and cook, stirring frequently, for 2 to 3 minutes or until the meat is beginning to brown on the outside. Add the salsa. Cook and lock the lid on the multicooker, and pressure-cook for 25 to 30 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350F. Stack the tortillas, wrap them in aluminum foil, and bake them until warm, about 15 minutes.

4. Once the multicooker is done, release the steam and open the multicooker as directed by the manufacturer. Let cool slightly; place the pork on a cutting board or plate and shred with two forks. Place approximately 1 ½ ounces of the pork down the center of each tortilla; sprinkle with the cilantro and serve with the lime wedges and additional salsa. Drizzle with the cooking juices, if desired.

Slow Cooker Option

Follow the directions above, omitting the oil and skipping sauteing. Place the pork in a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker and add the salsa. Cover and cook until the meat is tender and pulls apart easily, 4 to 5 hours on high or 7 to 8 hours on low.

Since this recipe usually makes more than I need, I freeze half to pull out and use a few weeks down the road. Also, the pulled pork isn’t just for tacos—it’s great on salads and baked sweet potatoes, as well as by itself!

Question:	How do these have 4 carbs when the label says 23 carbs
Answer:	They're similar. Slimfast has sugar, these do not. So I don't eat Slimfast any more. I do admit, however, the Slimfast taste a little better, I think it's the texture. The Atkins cookie dough are not gooey or soft like cookie dough, and the chocolate chips are very small. The flavor is good, don't get me wrong, I still like them. But if you like chocolate Atkins has much better bars (just my opinion, these things are subjective obviously). Atkins Chocolate Chip Granola is good if you like crunchy, and it has lots of chocolate chips. Atkins Triple Chocolate Crunch is excellent for chocolate lovers, crunchy, dark chocolate, lots of chocolate chips. Atkins makes a nut roll that tastes just like PayDay, one that tastes just like Snickers, and a cookie bar that is like a huge Oreo cookie. The chocolate caramel nut roll is one of my favorites.
