Answer:	The manufacturer says on the 'instructions' included with it that you should not load more then 60lbs on the bar (probably including the 5lbs of the bar itself).... It's a 3 piece bar that screws together so there's probably some structural limits because of that design. I wish I had known that prior to purchasing, 60lbs is way to small even for beginner lifters.

Answer:	I look for wider shoes as well. I just ordered the medium width which I believe is the regular . I have bunions and I have been able to wear this boot.

Answer:	My calves are 14 inches (give or take a bit) and I would say I have about a 1 inch gap all the way around. They might be a touch snugg and I would recomend trying them on in a store first. Other than that, soild comfy boot!!

Question:	Can you actually see/feel results with this product
Answer:	Yes, but it is not going to be the same as going to a gym using heavy dumbbells, barbells, and machines, but it is a great replacement when you have no way to access a gym (like during the Covid-19 shutdown.) It will take a while to get creative with how to use the bands, and if you are pretty strong you will have to use multiple bands, but it is still a great option. I like to focus on both the concentric and eccentric movements, as well as holding the pull to tighten the muscle. If done right, you will get a good workout with results.

Answer:	Put the resistance band through the loop on the door attachment. Put the hard plastic part of the door attachment over the top of the door, shut the door. Slowly pull the band to bring the door anchor up tight against the door. Lock the door so someone doesn't open the door while you have the band stretched which will cause the door anchor to fly at you leaving a bruise. Had it happen to me.

Answer:	how strong is the woman. I started out small, but rapidly increased since I have been pulling weights for a few years. Someone new would start out at the lowest weight and then add bands gradually as they felt the need

Adjustments included use of the Bosch 1/4-IN rod sleeve guides, purchased 1/4x36-IN steel rod (halved), shape filed rod ends to fit PC 1/4-IN anchor holes, set screws and prepared1/8-IN thick Lexan base plate to fit (rod anchor height need). BTW, no rod adjustments needed with use of 3/16-IN steel rod though stayed with 1/4-IN rod as Bosch edge guide had 1/4-IN rod capacity. Note: As stated by Bosch, comparability not tested. This works well.

Answer:	The seat is 1 1/2 inch the back is 3/4 inch . It is a very nice cushion. I set on the stand for hours in comfort. It's also very warm . I bought two , for my husband and I.

Answer:	Actually I don't recall tasting salt. I also don't recall buying the sea salt caramel bar? What ever the flavor was, I had one, didn't like it, and gave them to my son. He ate them all, eventually.

Answer:	Many say 12 comes in a box, however today I received a box of only 4 bars. That amounts to $5.00 a bar. Be very careful when purchasing this product because each seller is different. I had originally purchased a box with 12 bars and thought that was what I was getting this time. Wrong! Read carefully before purchasing because they do not sell them as boxes of 12 at all times it all depends on the seller.
