Answer:	It is recommended that you refrigerate the bottle while you have it, and give it a little shake when you use it. This will allow the product to long outlive its recommended usage of 16 servings. We sell ElectrolyteBalance in a dry powered form. You will have to use carbonated water so we suggest getting a soda stream or other carbonator.

Answer:	The last time I ordered these from Amazon (July 2019), they were glass bottles.
