Answer:	I frequently had leg and foot cramps in the morning. Taking magnesium nightly helped but didn't entirely fix the problem. If I get enough salt and take the magnesium then I don't get the cramps! It takes a lot of salt! When I drink bouillon every morning and take 4-5 salt tablets in the afternoon I don't have cramps. I was also a little bit low blood pressure and dizzy when standing up quickly from a squatting position. That is also gone. I recover from exercise much faster. Less weakness and fatigue. But for me, I need a lot of salt. 2,000 mg /day.

Answer:	You are confusing "salt" and "sodium". "Salt" (like table salt) is sodium chloride. The "sodium" in this product is from sodium chloride (or table salt). So, from 550mg of sodium chloride (again, table salt) you get 215mg of actual "sodium". (The other 335mg is "chloride".) It's actually nice that they are making that clear on the label, because many are mislead by labeling that simply states the amount of sodium chloride.

Answer:	The bulk of the protein, as I discern the label, is from whey, but there is a smaller amount of soy lecithin, further down in the list of ingredients. If you do not want ANY soy, then don't use this product. (I am not convinced that soy protein is "garbage," but because of a history of breast cancer and autoimmune disease, my doctors have told me to stay away from soy products--even though they say it is fine for others of their patients. That said, some of our athletes swear by chewing up a tablet immediately when they experience a cramp mid-race, then drinking water at the next water stop. It wouldn't be the most pleasant experience (think extremely fizzy!), but it could help get you through a muscle cramp.

Answer:	Well they are the same exact ingredients. I've tried Bergs and switched to this and have been using it for almost a year now. The research I've done suggests this product and Dr Bergs is made by the same company and distributed to these brands. The keto 1000 is a different taste and consistency (this is more powdery) . But you need less of the keto 1000 and that's why you get more servings. However, I've found I like this much better now that I've been using it much longer. The taste difference is very subtle and only noticed it when I first switched from Bergs to keto 1000. You do need to add more sodium because we need much more real salt. I use Redmond's real salt and add it to my water with the electrolyte powder. I use 1 ¹/2 scoops to 24 ounces of water and drink 2 of those a day (more if needed, but not going over 4000mg of the potassium a day). Always have your potassium and magnesium checked by your dr before adding those to your diet, and every few months as regular labs. You will have to ask your dr because they rarely do it automatically.

Answer:	It's main ingredient is WHEY - which is milk protein. Try mixing it with a bottle of flavored water - for instance - I use Hint flavored water - no sugar, no artificial ingredients. I get the chocolate powder, and mis it with the cherry water. Yum.
