But I loved the thick formula, so I cut the bottles open and scooped the lotion into old olive jars, or whatever jars i had available. I loved scooping it out of a jar (versus pump), and used it lavishly....after I had transferred it to another container. I called the company to appeal to them to please put it in tubs (cuz the pumps didnt work), and also to market it with other lotions....instead of hidden in the baby section only. Not long later, (possibly in response to complaints) they came out with the thinned down version. I am so disappointed, and feel it was a marketing mistake. I still purchase the lotion sometimes, but also use other lotions that do the job just as well. Considering the thinned down version, the price is really elevated.

Answer:	Hello dear friend, thanks for your question, this magnetic bracelet comes with a remove tool, allowing you to resize the bracelet easily, there are remove steps: 1.Gently Press the bracelet flat on top of the platform and line up the link with the handle. 2.Gently screw in the needle until the link is pushed out. 3.Gently unscrew the needle and remove the pin from the link. 4.Remove excess links. 5.Re-connect links and gently push pin through so bracelet is correct size. There will be a small section that cannot enter the hole, then you could put the links in the tool, make the tool's pin align the link's pin, rotory the tool handle, make the pin enter the hole complete. Ensure pin is firmly and does not stick out. And there is the remove instruction in the 7th picture. Hoping it would help you well, thank you!

Question:	Is there anyone out there who honestly didn't receive this at a discount or free for their "unbiased" opinion that can give it a great review
Answer:	I bought this straight out as my hubby has a bum back between l4 and l5 - this thing seriously does the trick he could be hunched over in pain put this on and within 15 minutes he is not pain free but he can actually move himself around - I was scared to use it myself as my back is messed up from the neck to the tailbone and one night i was in so much pain i could not sleep so i put it on and went thru the first 15 minutes and then turned it back on and needless to say i woke up several hours later so i had gotten comfortable enough to fall asleep within the next 15 minute run cycle
