Answer:	I have four Tens units (and bad back pain, hence multiple units) so I have one in the car, one at work, and two at home so I can usually find one when I need it). Of all of them, I've only had one set of wires get kinky to where they were sending the 'relief' in spurts. Even shut the car door on one set recently, and they work fine! Not sure if that answers your question exactly, but I have no complaints with the wires.

Before Application:

1. Clean and dry the application area. Remember you should only apply electrodes to unbroken skin.

2. Open and remove electrodes from packaging. Remember to keep the original packaging.

3. Peel electrodes away from release sheet by lifting the edge of the electrode. Do not pull electrodes up by the wires.

4. If electrodes seem dry, or the pads don’t stick, add a few drops water to moisten gel and wait a few minutes to allow water to re-hydrate the adhesive gel.

5. Place electrodes on treatment area. Apply finger pressure to the edges and press down on entire electrode to assure adequate contact with skin.

Removal:

1. Gently peel off the electrodes.

2. Wipe off electrodes with a non-alcohol wipe or rinse with cold water and wait for it to dry. Sticky side should remain up so it does not adhere to anything.

3. Place the sticky side of the electrode on the clear sheet it arrived in and put back in the packaging.

4. Store electrodes in a cool, dry place not exposed to bright light or any extreme temperature as it may have a permanent adverse effect on the gel. Electrodes can also be kept in the fridge to maximize their lifespan.

TENS 7000 Conductive Knee Sleeves- What Are they?

TENS Conductive Garments are woven with silver to maximize both conductivity and comfort allowing the user to treat the entire knee at the same time, which is not possible with adhesive electrodes alone. The user sprays the conductive knee sleeve generously with the conductive spray* (or water* -- not soaked) then places the knee sleeve on one knee and place one 3" Round electrode somewhere on the thigh or calf. Electrode placement will affect treatment area. Experimenting with the placement of the electrode may be necessary to achieve desired treatment. Question:	How does this compare to tens
Answer:	It doesn't! I have a tens 7000 and got this for the rechargeable battery. There is no Normal mode on this. Each mode is a minor variation on low intensity ramping to high then pause and repeat. Adjusting the power is a lot of clicking! And some times it's too low but just one click and it's too high, there's no in between. I have no idea why this has such high reviews. If you've used a tens 7000 you're going to find yourself disappointed in this.

Answer:	the pad i recieved have an expiration date of 7-31-2020 which is about 2 years at the rate I use them they will not be used up by then but I am not concerned about the expiration date. I feel that if they are kept sealed up and stored in a cool place they will be good for a long time.

Question:	What does each of the 24 modes do? I can’t believe this information is not in the instruction booklet
Answer:	Each mode is pre-setup for a different pulse width, pulse duration and frequency. You can not change these setups. I have a number of injuries from the military and this device hurts me tolerate the pain fairly well.
Question:	Does this model have an acupuncture mode
Answer:	No. It has TENS (for pain relief), PMS (for muscle work), and Massage. Each of the three major modes have a standing and sitting setting and each of those two have four settings for different patterns and intensity.
Question:	Do you need to use electrode gel
Answer:	No you do not. My husband uses the unit on a regular basis and has never used any electrode gel.
