Warm Tips:

Before Application:

1. Clean and dry the application area. Remember you should only apply electrodes to unbroken skin.

2. Open and remove electrodes from packaging. Remember to keep the original packaging.

3. Peel electrodes away from release sheet by lifting the edge of the electrode. Do not pull electrodes up by the wires.

4. If electrodes seem dry, or the pads don’t stick, add a few drops water to moisten gel and wait a few minutes to allow water to re-hydrate the adhesive gel.

5. Place electrodes on treatment area. Apply finger pressure to the edges and press down on entire electrode to assure adequate contact with skin.

Removal:

1. Gently peel off the electrodes.

2. Wipe off electrodes with a non-alcohol wipe or rinse with cold water and wait for it to dry. Sticky side should remain up so it does not adhere to anything.

3. Place the sticky side of the electrode on the clear sheet it arrived in and put back in the packaging.

4. Store electrodes in a cool, dry place not exposed to bright light or any extreme temperature as it may have a permanent adverse effect on the gel. Electrodes can also be kept in the fridge to maximize their lifespan.

Answer:	I don't know if I fully understand the question. The only 'cord input' I can identify are the 2 'female' inputs on the top of the unit. The cords have 'male' ends. A match made in heaven. The cords then attach to the conductive pads in a similar male-female arrangement. Hope this helps.....
Question:	This machine has 2 channels but do the channels each have their own power? Can both channels be on full power with out demminishing the power level

Answer:	I believe it was in the paperwork if u still have it. I will look for mine if u don't have it. But I may have tossed it. Next option contact the company directly. That's what I did with my last one.

Answer:	It's "FDA Cleared". Cleared devices are safe for use without a Doctors order. If it was "FDA Approved", with a 'class' number, it would require a Doctors Prescription for sale. (I'm a Dr. of PT. )

Answer:	You would have to replace the leeds

Answer:	1 wire leads to "A" lead and splits into 2 contacts for 2 pads. A second wire can be used for "B" lead also with 2 contacts. You can use up to 4 contact pads on the same setting or you can adjust 2 pads with 1 setting and 2 pads with another setting in a separate location.

Answer:	I finally found the answer. This is a newer model available starting in 2018. The other one was 2016. This one also has a couple more pads and other stuff.

Answer:	Sounds like incorrect packaging. When I order 2 X 2 inch pads that's what I receive. I would contact seller.
