Answer:	My pads have lasted over a year with very regular use. Here is what I've learned. 1) Use them on clean skin. No lotions, massage oils etc.2) Get a small saucer of water, dip your finger into it and rub the contact (adheive) side of the pad before you put it on and after you take it off. This keeps the adhesive from drying out. Just a few drops per pad. Don't need to power wash it.3) Don't connect to the leads until you put them on. Have a friend / partner help if needed.4) Hold the connectors close to the end when you connect and disconnect. In other words, don't grab them by the wires and try to plug them in. ESPECIALLY when disconnecting.5) Take extra care NOT to pull on the cord once attached. #1 cause of damage is the wires getting damaged.6) Gently remove by pulling the corner of the pad. DO NOT pull the wires!!!7) Disconnect and immediately clean the adhesive side with water and stick back on the plastic card they came with.

Answer:	Yes to both; however, the pads can be rejuvenated by using a light mix of Dawn and warm water, running your finger with a coating of the mix across the pads and re-placing them on the plastic card they are stored on and carefully resealing the zip-lock bag to prevent the adhesive from drying out. I have had none fail, but would not wish to be caught when in need, waiting for replacements! The oils from your skin are the culprit, along with allowing them to be stored and exposed to drying out in ambient conditions; thus the oil & perspiration issue. Simply peel them off your skin, re-attach and you're good to go. In some instances, I will leave them on and wired throughout the day, repeating the treatments as needed.Great units!!

Question:	Can you provide how high the pulse rate and pulse width go
Answer:	I cut my 2' X 3' in the half two years ago because I wanted to put it on patio stairs. It did not fray but I put the raw edge at the back. It works great and it hasn't faded and I am very happy with it. Although my patio is covered it gets full sun much of the time. It keeps my dogs from dragging in water and dirt. I just saw this question because I'm going to order another one for another set of stairs and also plan to cut it in half lengthwise. Even though it's not recommended I have never had a problem.

Question:	Can the battery be replaced
Answer:	We've had this mat ( only slightly different pattern) outside our front door entrance for about 5 years. Its never curled or slid. Its finally fading and we need to replace it. It always looks nice and it matches our home's color really well. Gives a nice feel as we enter...and really saves the light color carpet inside. Its easy to use the hose on it if it gets dirty. Will be ordering another this week for a fresh one. I love it. Can't find it at Home Depot or Lowes or we would have replaced it before now.

Answer:	No but you could get a smart phone case with belt clip as long as you get the kind where you put the phone in the case (that fold over) or an eyeglass case with belt clip and that would work. It is pretty small. Majority of the time I use sitting but if i get up I put in a pocket or even my waist band but I don't move around too much when I use. I sometimes use when at my desk or putting on makeup and then I just leave it in my lap or on the chair next to me.
