Answer:	Dear CCL, You must use the +/- to increase and decrease the stimulation. You can have two different stimulation levels for each side (A&B). The level is what is it. Answer:	It depends on which ones you get. My unit came with 1 package of 4. They lasted about 3 to 4 uses. (But I will have them on all day) If you buy more gel pads, get the brand that comes in your kit. The cheaper ones tend to be very sticky and the gel comes off on your hands and leaves a residue on your body. They don’t last as long.

We want to make this right for you. 1. When plugging in the lead wires to channel 1 and/or 2, make sure that they are fully pushed down. The post of the plug should be all the way in. 2. Make sure the Pins of the lead wires are fully pushed into the pig tail connector of the lead wires. No bare metal should be visible. 3. Electrodes should be placed a minimum of 2" apart and a maximum or 6" 4. Make sure the skin where your pads are being placed is clean and free of oils, lotions and excess hair. These will limit the pads from making a full connection and closing the circuit. If the circuit is not "closed" the device does have a safety feature that will shut it off to prevent injury. 1. Connect the pads to the wire by snapping them on,then remove the protective film.

2. Place pads where the massage sensations are desired. And plug into one of the ports on the device.For additional relief use the second port and repeat procedure to put on another two pads. Make sure both pads on the skin and not overlapping. Make sure your skin is free from any dirt, oil or lotion.

3. Turn the device on by sliding the on/ off switch on the top of the unit. The unit will be now activated.

4. The "M" cycles through the 12 big modes, the sliver middle button allows choices(from 1 to 2 varieties) within that mode,total 24 small modes.

Remember the strength will default to the lowest setting by each mode selection.

Note: Center button can also be used as a lock key.

Press and hold it for 3 second to lock the screen, 3 second again to unlock the screen.

5. Once you select a mode, gradually increase the intensity by pressing the + button; decrease it by pressing ‐ button.

Note:Press A/B button to change A/B channels.

6. Recommended application is 10-60 minutes. Increase 10 minutes by each setting. The time remaining is automatically counted down. Then the unit will automatically turn off after time finish.

Question:	can it be used on the neck
Answer:	It helps as long as you are using it on clean skin. Wearing during a marathon would produce heat and moisture that the pads cannot withstand. I have a unit and I really like the flexibility with wireless, but am very disappointed in the pads that are advertised to work for 20-30 times actually have only lasted me max 10 times and if I do a 5-mile walk in warm weather, the pads are often worthless after the first use.
Question:	Sometimes when eating bacon burgers topped with a bacon salad I get pains in my chest. Will this help correct these inconveniences
Answer:	Yes, to a point. They are made up of a gel like adhesive that has many re-uses you can glean from them but after so many, I have found the ability of the pad to deliver the same electric charge drops slowly over time. I just threw away the first 2 I used but it took me over 2 months and many many uses before that was necessary. I am enjoying the product. The charge lasts a long time on the little units and once I got the hang of how to use the control unit I find it to be precise and reliable also holding a charge for a long long time.
