Question:	Only see 6 modes.how do you access more modes
Answer:	There are only six, but there are 4 different levels for each of the six. I was a bit confused by this also, and they are a bit deceptive to advertise 24 different modes. You just go to a mode selector (the "M") and as you click it you will see the numbers `1,2,3,4 appear. That will enable you to select the mode level you find best for you.
Question:	What is the warranty
Answer:	It will be a Lifetime warranty if purchased direct or from their Amazon store, and you register within a 30 day period. You must contact them for an RMA and You must pay cost of shipping unit to Ca. and include a $11.99 return shipping fee. Not that great of a warranty after all. IMHO. For a few dollars more you can purchase a new unit. I suspect that's what their counting on.

Answer:	I cracked the screen on mine a couple months ago. And they replaced it for free. All you have to do is contact them and send the damaged one back.

Answer:	I actually contacted the company asking about a clip. That I lookwd on their website and did not see one available to purchase. I told them it would be a great a accessory, as I needed it and specifically purchased this unit so I could go walking. They said they do not carry clips at this time. I'm hoping that means it's in the works!!!

Answer:	No. That is very VERY unlikely. Someone has misinterpreted the specifications here. Short Explanation: Lead is a poor electrical conductor vs Copper (more than 10 times less conductivity than copper), and wouldn't be durable over time if someone attempted to create flexible wire leads for the contact pads using lead instead of copper. Longer explanation: Lead cannot be used to make electrical wires because it's a much poorer conductor of electricity, has a very low melting point ,and also is more fragile than copper, (which has melting point above 1000 degrees), whereas the melting point of Lead is below 350 degrees. Further, copper is a very ductile metal, while still being strong. Ductility is a material's ability to deform under tensile stress. This is often characterized by the material's ability to be stretched into a wire. Ductility is especially important in metalworking because materials that crack or break under stress cannot be hammered, rolled, or drawn (drawing is a process that uses tensile forces to stretch metal). Lead is far less ductile than copper, and would be very difficult to form into a thin wire that's not also fragile. If two sets of pads are used, the mode and intensity of each set are controlled separately. The modes are given in two parts, the master mode and the sub-mode with the master modes being 'TENS', 'PMS' and 'MASSAGE'. The 'TENS' master mode includes P1 through P8 sub-modes, the 'PMS' master mode includes P9 through P16 sub-modes, and the 'MASSAGE' master mode includes P17 through P24 sub-modes.

Answer:	As with all things electronic, you'd be rolling the dice when it comes to mixing/matching accessories. Even the instructions admonish you to stay with manufacturer's recommendations, namely their products. I found these to be the "official" replacement pads: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0714QJVJ3/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=AO8EPLSXLSOI2&th=1 However, the ones you listed look like they have the same snap connection system, but you do run the risk of something being damaged if you run two accessories that haven't been compatibility tested. Question:	Seeing alot of responses regarding tens but how well does it work as ems. my son wanting to tone abs and arms
Answer:	I have been using the EMS function as part of rehab and it works as well as the one used by my PT in her office. As a personal trainer, I would suggest doing exercises AND the EMS, especially for just general muscle toning.
