Pads need to seal flush with the skin, air gaps caused by hair, joints, wrinkles etc. will cause the pad to arc, sending a shock ( or bite ). Pads that have lost adhesive ability will also cause “biting”. And..be sure you area you are padding is completely dry before applying the jel or pad. Hope this helps

Question:	Why does the power go down when plugging into both plugs? I plug 4 pads in (2 sets) and the intensity goes way down
Answer:	If you double the load (go from 2 to 4 pads) you will in effect half the power to each. since it doesn't auto adjust you need to set the output (strength) to a higher setting. Completely normal. Oh, be careful you don't unplug one of the leads when in use as you will double the output to the remaining pads.
Question:	On the monitor, what's the little symbol with the ears or is the symbol with the head? What do I do with those
Answer:	All the symbols are different ways of being massaged you can switch them from block to block and within each block there are options to make you feel a little bit different so you can switch them within the same type of massage but it changes slightly. Experiment with them see which is your favorite.
Question:	What are the intensity levels? Are they the same as labor pains
Answer:	If this thing was as strong as “labor pains” I don’t think anyone would be using this product, LOL! It can be intense on certain modes, but this unit does the job!

Question:	How powerful is the highest pulse adjustment
Answer:	Highest settlings will make you jump. I have found that you don't need to go very high for satisfactory results. I usually start to feel a sensation around the fourth or fifth bar on the setting or intensity setting and I go either one or two up from there or stay there for a mild pain relief workout. The different types of patterns will go anywhere from mild short Stroke feeling to a longer stroke or also a tap as if it were an accupuncture needle tapped in. Some settings are time spaced in odd rhythms for muscular works outs for atrophied muscles and light muscular work outs. Overall, this unit seems fairly well made, snap pads and replacement cords are readily available at both Amazon and E-bay. Hope this helps answer some questions that I had when making my purchase decision. Play around with the placement of the electrodes and other settings, and look up charts on the internet for acupuncture points and ems points

Answer:	There are only six, but there are 4 different levels for each of the six. I was a bit confused by this also, and they are a bit deceptive to advertise 24 different modes. You just go to a mode selector (the "M") and as you click it you will see the numbers `1,2,3,4 appear. That will enable you to select the mode level you find best for you.
Question:	What is the warranty
Answer:	It will be a Lifetime warranty if purchased direct or from their Amazon store, and you register within a 30 day period. You must contact them for an RMA and You must pay cost of shipping unit to Ca. and include a $11.99 return shipping fee. Not that great of a warranty after all. IMHO. For a few dollars more you can purchase a new unit. I suspect that's what their counting on.

Answer:	I cracked the screen on mine a couple months ago. And they replaced it for free. All you have to do is contact them and send the damaged one back.
Question:	it doesn't have a clip to carry around. how is everyone carrying it when you are using it
Answer:	I actually contacted the company asking about a clip. That I lookwd on their website and did not see one available to purchase. I told them it would be a great a accessory, as I needed it and specifically purchased this unit so I could go walking. They said they do not carry clips at this time. I'm hoping that means it's in the works!!!

Question:	Sciatica. for those that are using this for this nightmare. may i ask where you are putting the pads? which setting? any help would be much appreciate
Answer:	I put one pad on the back of my leg, slightly off center about 4 inches below my butt, where the sciatic nerve is. The second pad is placed right over the bine in my butt. I use the kneading setting on 2 ton3 ish for 70 mins several times a day or when the pain hit's. You're right. Its a nightmare pain.
Question:	how many levels of intensity does the tens unit have
Answer:	Levels are not numeric, but as you increasr the intensity, bars appear at the bottom of the screen. So, with pads in place, as the bars appear and intensity reaches where you want, you are done. This may incread or decreas as you feel it. Also time is a factor. Answer:	I have actually gone to Amazon and got generic lead wires you can also get the Avuon cords. Just type it in and it will pop up for ya. I always have extra on hand. They are not expensive so order a couple of bags. I hope this helps.
