Answer:	No one does not. Though they do suggest to not aim the light towards eyes. But, I have not had any problems with this device. And I am careful when using it on my cat not to directly aim it by her eyes. Unlike, when my cat goes for laser treatments, where she does need to wear protective goggles as do those administering treatments. A side note, I find we have gone far less for laser treatments since we have started using LumaSoothe Light Therapy. :)

Answer:	Hello! It is a pair. They both have removable cold packs that specifically fit both the top of the foot and the bottom, which is nice because you may only want coolness one part of the foot and not the other. But they feel so nice if your whole foot is in need of relief. After using, I keep both booties with the cool packs still in them (ready to slip on the next time) and put in a gallon size zip lock storage bag before placing them in the fridge or freezer. If you put in the freezer you may find them too cold to leave on your feet very long. Or just wait a few minutes and use them. You will love them. Great help especially for tired aching feet or hot burning feet from neuropathy issues. Enjoy! You won't be disappointed how great they feel.

Answer:	I don't know but I threw my therapeutic ball away. It was sticky and everything stuck to it. I even washed it but it was still gross feeling. Keep looking for a different ball. This one sucks!! What a waste of money!!!
