Answer:	this is a refill kit for the JFJ machine that repairs disc's. The machine works really well. I had some badly damaged disc's and it made them almost like new. Not cheep but the best machine i have found.

Designed to work with threaded Presta & Schrader tire valve types. Each end of the pump hose features specific valve heads for Presta & Schrader for a great tire valve connection with no leaks when pumping. No adapters needed!

For Presta valves with removable cores, extra care should be taken to tightly screw the core into the valve stem so it’s nice and 'snug' - you can either use pliers or a valve core tool to tighten the core. This process is the same when using this type of valve with any type of bike pump or CO2 inflator. Presta valves with 'removable cores' are primarily designed if you use valve extenders or use a tire sealant such as 'slime’. Bike pump is not compatible with valve extenders.

Question:	Purchased item unable to fill a schrader valve tubes am I missing something
Answer:	This will fill a Schrader but you have to be sure to press it over the valve stem until it won't go any further. When bottomed out like this, it will press open the core inside and allow air into the tube. You just have to be really firm in pressing it onto the valve stem.
Question:	I cannot get this to fit my presta tube. What do you have to do to make it fit
Answer:	I assume you've unscrewed the valve, then pushed the pump firmly down on the valve and then lifted the lever. It should fit - it's designed to fit either schraeder or presta without any additional adjustment.
Question:	How does this work
Answer:	It works well -- you press the head of the pump down as far as you can on the valve then pull up the lever on the pump head and start pumping. No need to change the pump head for the kind of valve -- it works on schraeder and presta valves.
Question:	Does it stick out and get in the way while on a bike
Answer:	Not at all. It’s super compact. Where you attach it your legs wouldn’t reach. It even comes with a Velcro strap to secure it on even more to ensure there’s no shake. My bike didn’t have the standard holes where these pumps are intended to go so I just used the Velcro strap alone to attach it on the bike frame below the seat. Although it’s super small, it easily telescopes & handle folds out for use and isn’t at all hard to pump. I was really impressed with this little guy!

Question:	Can a 6ft person ride this
Answer:	I had surgery on my left foot and wear a foot boot. I sometimes sit on the knee pad and put my foot on the front axle. But there is not much room for the boot so it occasionally rubs on the left wheel. It is a little hard to use my right foot to push the scooter forward. Not rally made for sitting but it can work if the person is not to large.

Our innovative flexible hose with in-line pressure gauge is cleverly stored inside the handle and barrel of the pump to maximize compactness. The flexible hose design takes the stress off the valve stem and attaches securely to ensure no air can escape during inflation.

The pressure gauge readout starts at 20 psi (full line), then 30 psi (half-line), then 40 psi (full line) and so on up to 100 psi. As such the gauge is not suitable for low pressure tires e.g. fat tires.

The hose valve head should be screwed down ‘deeply’ onto the tire valve, this, in turn, creates a full seal allowing all the air to be pushed through when pumping and the gauge will rise accurately and smoothly.

PRESTA & SCHRADER COMPATIBLE

Designed to work with threaded Presta & Schrader tire valve types. Each end of the pump hose features specific valve heads for Presta & Schrader for a great tire valve connection with no leaks when pumping. No adapters needed!

For Presta valves with removable cores, extra care should be taken to tightly screw the core into the valve stem so it’s nice and 'snug' - you can either use pliers or a valve core tool to tighten the core. This process is the same when using this type of valve with any type of bike pump or CO2 inflator. Presta valves with 'removable cores' are primarily designed if you use valve extenders or use a tire sealant such as 'slime’. Bike pump is not compatible with valve extenders.

Question:	Can you get a decent workout with this, or is it more of a gentle work out for therapy
Answer:	I use it as a part of my workout for my arms, I use my stationary bike for my legs, I don't think it would provide a decent workout alone , but anything is better than nothing
Question:	How many numbers of resistance does it have
Answer:	In theory, there is an infinite number of resistance levels. Turning the knob tightens a screw which pulls on an internal belt, increasing the friction between it and the wheel. In practice, I found that even at maximum tension the resistance was pretty minimal, but this may be due to manufacturing inconsistency.
Question:	Can the pedal straps be adjusted for a larger foot
Answer:	The bike pedal comes with straps attached to the pedals. They are very large straps. I never use the straps. I flip the pedal over and use the other side of the pedal with no strap.
Question:	Can you use just going back an forth if your knees dont allow you to go around like a regular bicycle
Answer:	It is just like a regular bike. I really am enjoying it. I had a meniscus tear and had major knee issues.. it is working well for me.
