Answer:	This is perhaps the third time I've been asked this. These cushions (I got two) were too wide form my patio chairs. It cost me $32.38 to return them. I found cushions that fit fine at Target for just about twice that. My chairs are 19" wide and the 20" Target cushions fit fine but these 25" wide cushions, although nice, did not fit at all. So you have asked a really important question. If you're not sure they'll fit, don't buy them. The manufacturer needs to be more specific about the dimensions of the cushions. The length, width and height needs to be given for each of the two parts of the cushion. Thanks for asking. I hope this helps.

Answer:	No- it’s not very firm. It squishes down (though not terribly) but what I’ve noticed is that after sitting in them for only a few times, water pools on them when it rains. Definitely would not recommend unless price is your biggest determining factor with the purchase.

Question:	What height should it be
Answer:	I don't now that anyone can truly answer that but the user, but here's what I do:I relax my arm, then bend it slightly...just a little....and that's where the handle should be: right at that height next to my body. You want to be able to lean on it as you and the walk through each step you take. When you walk, it should be able to support you throughout the step. If you feel you're having to bend to reach it or, conversely, if your arm is TOO bent when the cane is vertical -- at the point of its motion when it is right beside you -- then you will not gain the benefit of the cane.
Question:	I heard that this was an excellent product and can support users up to 350 pounds. Is this correct

Question:	I have arthritis and vertigo, I currently use a quad-foot cane. Is this cane stable enough to stay put when I need to stop and wait out the vertigo
Answer:	I have had mine for over a year and it's still in excellent. I have severe nerve damage to the right side of my face and ear. My Doctor told me either a cane or my next fall was going to result in having a rod put in my leg. I have stood in stand still lines for quite a long time and my Hurry Cane has not failed me yet. If it does fall over all you have to do it take your foot and step on the bottom of it and it bounces right back up. Only you can decide what is best for you. My mother has both a quad and a Hurry Cane. She is constantly tripping over her quad. I find that to me far more dangerous than the tri. Hope this helps.
Question:	Does it come with the wrist strap/travel bag/travel clips
Answer:	The travel bag is a cheap nylon bag that secures with velcro. If you have to adjust the cane up from the shortest position, it becomes too long and sticks out of the bag by several inches. Also, the wrist strap elastic band that holds it to the cane was over stretched by the packing process making the ring too big and it slides down the cane. Both "extras" are useless as is the cane itself (see my review).

Answer:	I bought the NOVA cane holder and found it works really well. It can be a bit awkward to get my walking stick in and out of the holder (my stick has a four-point base which means I have to position the stick carefully to get the base against the walker), but once it's there, it stays perfectly.

Answer:	I am not sure. I do believe that it is a little over 300 pounds. I am 258 and it does not budge with me on it. I don't use it to ride in, but for the times that I do have to sit on it there is not stress on the frame. It is a very good walker; the best that I have had yet. If I had to get another one it would be the exact same one.

Answer:	After long experimentations, the Vive 4 wheel medical rolling Walker is tough to weigh on a bathroom scale, the weight including the bag is 16.9 pounds. I hope that this information helps to make a decision.
Question:	is this an alternative to the up walker
Answer:	I have had several rolling walkers including this walker & upwalker they are quite different. When you use this walker your arms are straight for upright support. The upwalker you rest forearms in supports and have hand grips. The upwalker has lower handles at the level of most rollaters. There are several features in the upwalker not in the other rollators but it is considerably more expensive. Depending on what you need the walker to support. I have multiple back injuries and could not stand and carry my weight with this or other rollators I would be hunched over leaning on my forearms. I use this rollator in the house and use my upwalker when I am out I can stand up and look around. Hope this information helps.

How to Properly Size a Cane

Wearing your shoes, naturally stand upright. Put your arms to your side with a natural bend at the elbow. Have someone measure the distance from your wrist joint to the floor. This is the height at which to set your cane. If you donandrsquo;t have someone to measure for you, convert your height to inches, divide by two and add a half-inch to this height.

Answer:	Yes it's made from aluminum
Question:	What is the size of this cane when it is folded
Answer:	If the cane is adjusted at its shortest height it would fold to approx. 11 1/2". At its tallest, approx. 15".
Question:	will it stand alone
Answer:	No, it will not. I bought it because it folds and I can take it with me in my handbag. But using a quad cane for years, this did not do it for me. However, I did buy from amazon, a tripod tip which I swapped for the rubber cap at the bottom of the cane and that gave me more stability. I hope you don't take this remark as "rude" but if you are heavier than 125-150 pounds, it might not be strong enough for you to lean heavily on it. I hope this helps. Good luck to you Anne.
Question:	Will it stay together when folded or does it need a rubber band
Answer:	You will need at least a rubber band. I use a velcro strap to keep it together when folded. It does come with a case, but I think its too much hassel to put the cane in the case.

Answer:	It is reliable. As for sturdy, I think there was weight spec, which I think was 30 lbs. It's been very convenient for me. Compact and easy to set up. If you're not planning on loading it with heavy pots of water, it's a great little item. If you need something that you can put heavy materials on, I'd look for something else.

Answer:	The only difference is color! I have the rose color one and I love it! Everyone who sees it asks where I got it. I love that I can squeeze it together to get through narrow spaces.
Question:	What is the difference among the walkers other than color
Answer:	The outside width is NO problem as you can squeeze the walker to a narrower width which is most useful for going between rows of seats at a movie or similar venue.
Question:	What is the outside width of the base legs? I need a walker for a 20-inch door
Answer:	No walker break is meant to stop a run away. Because this walker is only a two wheeler and has good sturdy feet, it is studier than a 3 or 4 wheeler and less likely to become a run away. My grandmother is able to easily and safely maneuver this walker up and down standard wheel chair ramps.
Question:	Is there any concerns or danger since the walker is without a brake? Can it be easily stopped? Thank you

How to Fold/Extend:

Question:	the bottom is it square? how big is it
Answer:	Yes, square. Approx 3" between each contact point to the floor. My mother is almost 5' tall and works perfectly for her. I am 5'10" and could easily be adjusted for my height. Hope this helps.
Question:	How long is the cane when it is folded up
Answer:	approximately 19.5 inches. If you can see where the two black rubber things are on the straight part of the cane, that is where it folds at. There are two gold buttons that you press in and you life up the top of the cane, which has an elastic cord running through it into the bottom of the cane.
Question:	What is the size of the base? Would it fit on a typical stair when walking up/down a staircase
Answer:	Base is 6'x8". When climbing stairs, you can place the front 2 cups on the step ( which gives twice the support of a single cane) or you can hold the cane (top) sideways and all 4 cups will easily fit. I bought this primarily to allow some weight bearing and avoid a single tip slipping on wet pavement or leaves.
Question:	Is this better than the Hurrycane
Answer:	The hurrycan is dangerously hyped. Read the fine print that comes with it. Basically says do not put weight on it! The patented "foot" they hype is dangerously assembled. With regular use it will suddenly come off on you. The nut that attaches the foot to the cane comes loose due to lack of a lock washer. I advised them to drill a hole through the bolt & place a cotter key or rivet through it so the nut cannot come off. Suggested this 2years ago when mine came off as I walked.. Still have not fixed the defect. Be ready to sue when yours comes off & you fall.
