My 12 year old wears 16 oz gloves when he spars for protection, but 12 oz gloves for training. I am 5'11 180 lbs male and I wear 16 oz gloves for both sparring and bag work. I'd urge you to look at a higher end glove if you are using them regularly. These are really cheaply made gloves and will probably hurt your hands. |

| Answer: | This is perhaps the third time I've been asked this. These cushions (I got two) were too wide form my patio chairs. It cost me $32.38 to return them. I found cushions that fit fine at Target for just about twice that. My chairs are 19" wide and the 20" Target cushions fit fine but these 25" wide cushions, although nice, did not fit at all. So you have asked a really important question. If you're not sure they'll fit, don't buy them. The manufacturer needs to be more specific about the dimensions of the cushions. The length, width and height needs to be given for each of the two parts of the cushion. Thanks for asking. I hope this helps. |

| Answer: | I use a 1/4" titanium bit for glass and tile by Vulcan and plastic 1/4" Cobra anchors, found at lowes. When you drill tile with a 1/4" bit you will need to round out the hole for the anchor to fit. Just toggle your drill . Do not put this to close to shower faucets or you may hit a water line. |
