Answer:	Not sure, but I thought the description mentioned it. If not, the description of the non-folding model of this cane may list it. I would measure mine for you, but the tip is on too tight and I don't want to force it and take a chance of making it fit loose. Only other suggestion is to contact the manufacturer.

Answer:	If you adjust the height button, you can get the entire came down to 11" in height. I carry mine all the time in my backpack without needing to adjusting the height button.

Answer:	It will vary based on the height you select. Mine is on the 36 inches and when folded it is 15 inches. At the lowest height 33 inches it would fold to 12 inches.I have a large black rubber band looped around the shaft that I use to hold the segments together when folded.

Answer:	No it does not fold! It does adjust height very easily for various heights. I do collapse mine from time to time for easy storage during travel. It very easily returns to my desired height. It is a very sturdy cane. I'm 218 lbs and have no problems. I love this cane.

Answer:	This particular cane is, indeed, Carbon Fiber. It is hard to tell this from aluminum metal. A lot of parts in your car that you think are aluminum are actually Carbon Fiber. Amazing what they can do with material now a days.
Question:	One reviewer mentions the reduced diameter of the cane as a negative. Does anyone know the diameter at the tip
Answer:	5/8" - I do not find the reduced diameter as a negative. The cane functions great. One company makes aftermarket can/crutch tips that are for "snow/rain" that are larger in diameter so don't fit. I have no problem in the rain and I live in Southern Virginia and don't see much snow. I love my cane!
