Question:	Does the top handle portion 0unscrew from the shaft? I'd like to replace the top with a different one
Answer:	It may be possible that with some extreme force the handle may unscrew, but in the time that I've had it, it has remain firmly fixed in place. Just now, to satisfy my curiosity, I grabbed hold to try to find any indication of movement, but - no, it's tight as can be.

Answer:	It comes in one size. I had to cut several inches off the bottom of mine, but it has held up much better than any other cane I have had in the past.

Answer:	Yes, it can. However, the peg does not take up that much room.

Answer:	I put mine in the dishwasher. No problems so far. It's not like you have a ton of money invested in this thing if it does end up taking a beating in the dishwasher. I'd say go for it and take your chances.
Question:	Can this be used by a 5 foot tall person
Answer:	Very simple. Just gently pull the edges of the leaves outward; it will open like a flower. Place it in the bottom of your saucepan, add enough water to come up to the bottom of thesteamer and add whatever veggies you wan to steam. Cover the pot tightly. Keep an eye on the water level if you have slow cooking food; add a little more if it gets low. Hope this helps. I wouldn't be without the two that I have and use constantly.
Question:	The end rubber stopper piece of the cane can it be replaced with a standard rubber stopper when it wears down
Answer:	Wash the basket insert with warm soapy water before use. Pour about 3/4 inch depth water into a pot (I have used it with 7" and 8" wide stainless pots at home)- maybe 1/2 inch depth... season with a bit of salt if you like and bring to boil over high heat. Place the basket inside (it will expand to fit the pot) and scatter your chopped vegetables or fruit evenly in the basket. Cover loosely with a lid and turn down the heat to medium. Let steam until desired crunchiness or softness. Use a fork or knife to test after 3 minutes or so. Steam more if needed. Remove the basket from the pot and your vegetables or fruit are ready to serve. You can use the leftover liquid to make purees. Question:	How do you get tip off
Answer:	The 'trick' to removing most tips from canes is to hold the tip between your feet (with shoes on) and pull on the handle. This doesn't work with foldable canes like the Campbell Posture Cane since when you pull on the handle the cane separates at the joints. You need to get something with a good grip to hold the cane shaft. Don't use pliers as this will scratch and possibly dent the cane shaft. Work gloves with rubber grip on the palm/finger area should work. We have many customers using a FlexTIP on their CPC and report it is SOOO much more comfortable!
