Answer:	I know I answered this question before --- I sent it back almost immediately. I bought it so I could listen to the TV at night at a much lower volume so as not to disturb my husband more than was necessary. It produced too much static and background noise. I couldn't hear the TV which was only 10 or 12 feet away. The quality was flimsy and just didn't do what it was advertised to do. Bite the bullet and see a professional audiometrist (Medicare and your secondary insurance should pay all or most of the costs) and see if you qualify for properly fitted hearing aids customized to your particular needs. Sorry; I know what you're going through. I'm a senior citizen with a 94 year old mother whose hearing aids are getting less effective every year.

Answer:	It draws power from the USB cable, there is no battery. It doesn't record without being plugged in to a computer so whatever software you're using (i.e. iSpy) would control the timer.

Select dome and press firmly onto the sound tube connector.

Step 2

Insert the dome into the ear canal. Measure and mark a spot 3mm above where the tip of the ear hook and tube meet.

Step 3

Cut the tube just above the marked spot.

Step 4

Complete assembly by inserting the tip of ear hook into the cut end of the tube.
