Answer:	I don't think so. The opening is only 6'' wide. My calf is 17.5'' and I have plenty of room, but I think 24'' may be difficult. Sorry. Good luck.

Answer:	The horseshoe-shaped part is 5 1/2" across at the top, and the whole apparatus stands 18" tall (It slants back, so the overall length is a bit over 18").
Question:	My mom has a 21 inch calf and needs to sit down to put compression stockings on. Do you think this will work for her
Answer:	This one didn't work for me. I could get the stocking over the lip but when I tried pulling the rest on after that, it kept sliding back up and wouldn't pull down. I even had someone try to make it smaller but I couldn't get the stockings on past the getting the top of the stocking over the edge. Plus I have a fused spine and this style requires me putting it on the floor to get my foot in and then I couldn't bend over to pick up the handles. Now I use one that lets me put my foot directly down into the donner once the stocking is on it (I keep it on my walker seat for this). Then I stand, put my foot through, sit back and grab the handles of my donner and pull the stocking up. However, this Truform would definitely fit her calf is she was able to get the stocking on. Mine, unfortunately sits in my closet gather dust.

1. Slide the stocking over the donning device. Feed the stocking over the device until the heel pocket is exposed.
