Question:	Can you sleep on your side and get the same results just as well as sleeping on your back
Answer:	Protectors really are to protect the pillow for longer life and also the user from allergies. It is always a good idea to use a pillow case over the protector as you normally would as they are made to snug the pillow more than a pillow case usually fits. Now having said that I buy and use these for travel and I choose the more cotton handed versions to travel with instead of bringing a pillow case along too. I usually buy the queen size for that purpose because most motels and hotels use standard to queen pillows and most homes too are on the smaller end pillowwise for guests. (I have severe allergies to feather and down pillows and dust mites. These have saved me numerous times and also sensitive to many perfumes and laundry products so again they really help with that. However I also use these types of protectors on my guest pillows to keep those pillows clean and lasting longer and my outdoor day beds in summer I use King pillows as bolsters and back pillows and cover them in the water proofed covers to protect those expensive pillows too and keeping them from getting wet if wind comes up and blows night time auto sprinkler onto the day beds linens. These are aluminum framed outdoor XL beds which I covered with nylon pack water proofed fabric to protect over the years too and they hold up great as do the pillows due to the extra water proofiing protection. These also keep pollen blooms from ruining and yellowing the pillows themselves too. We live in rural forested area with pine pollen blooms sometimes lasting upwards of 3-4 weeks. So outdoors and in usually use with pillow cases. But when I travel not always. Hope this gives you an idea. Stay Safe...

Answer:	I don't see why it wouldn't, but then again I know nothing about waveless waterbeds.

Answer:	It is made of foam type material, so it would depend on the heaviness of your mattress. My doctor recommended placing a 6-9 inch blocks under the head of the bed, which I did not do. Eventually I found a book on Amazon that helped me the most. It suggested cutting out foods that have an index of high acidity. This really helped w/ reflux + eventually going on a low carb diet & losing a few pounds.
Question:	I'm just not understanding how one is going to sleep on the same side thru an entire night. Am I the only human being that turns while asleep
Answer:	I have an adjustable bed at home and I avoid sliding down by raising the legs. I find that this pillow is excellent for travelling but I still wake up during the night and have to reposition but it is better than trying to stack up 2 or 3 pillows. The length is critical, if it is not long enough you can only raise your head and shoulders which is no use. This pillow is long enough.
Question:	Has anyone used this for sleep apnea? If so, was there any improvement in your sleep quality
Answer:	Yes, you can lay either on your back or on your side. It took me a while to get used to sleeping on the wedge though so you need to be patient. It also helps to put a pillow under your knees if lying on your back. I also find with reflux if I lie on my left side I'm more comfortable.

Answer:	I use it every night. I fall asleep on my left side and some time during the night I change to my right or on my back. It is comfortable but did take some getting used to at first. I just cant fall asleep on my right side or back because I get acid reflux issues.
Question:	How would this work for a person that is a side sleeper in
Answer:	My husband has been using it for sleep apnea and it has been a game-changer. Not only is he sleeping without the apnea episodes, I am sleeping, too. Before the MedCline I would wake up because he wasn't breathing. I would have to wake him enough to reposition himself so it would stop, but he would be so groggy the half the time it would start again because he really didn't get into a safe position. That has stopped completely. I also think that the causes of the problem can vary and there might be some types that it will work for and maybe others it doesn't. Am not an expert on apnea. I do know that we have another family member who is a public speaker and travels extensively. A few times he has rushed out without packing his C-PAP machine.
