Answer:	These are very dense so I assume they’d last a long time.

Answer:	No instructions come with them, but there are some good videos about using the blocks. Mainly, though, I placed them in the same position as my chiropractor does. All I do is start out with that general positioning of the blocks, then I adjust them slightly until my back feels very comfortable and without any pain or pressure. I hope this helps.

Answer:	I've only used the regular version so I can't really make a judgement on the leather ones. That being the case I would think that the leather blocks might be slippery on some surfaces. I do really like the regular blocks. They do the job.

Answer:	These are fairly dense, but not as dense as a usual yoga block. They have some give. I would have wrist pain before using these blocks if doing a lot of poses that use the wrists primarily for support. With these blocks, I don't have any wrist pain. I would recommend these blocks.

Answer:	This is normal used for sleeping when you have trouble breathing if laying flat. I have never heard of any using it to help with posture.

Answer:	I’m super short, so for me it works out great. I have not had any issues with me slipping down. Plus I love that it’s big enough for me to sleep on my side. I’m glad I have that option.

Answer:	I find it supports my back well. I think it's a personal preference., but it's worth a try.

Answer:	It is firm. You will not sink in. I put my pillow on top of it for cushion.
