Answer:	Good Afternoon, from edge to edge it is approx. 36 inches. The longer side is 22 inches from the center top. The shorter side is 17 inches, again from the center top. From the center top to the center curve (bottom) is approx. 12 inches. Each "arm" is approx 11-12 inches wide. Hope these help, it is terrible not to be comfortable while trying to sleep. Good Luck!

Answer:	My answer is YES since my friend drives both a RAV 4 and Hyundai Sonata which is about the size of a Corolla and the cushion works fine in both vehicles. I used to have a Corolla myself so I know how big those seats are and they are the same size as the Sonata.

Answer:	I would think it would help some. My wife has sciatica problems, and when that nerve wants to act up there is no stopping it... That being said, anything that helps keeping you from slouching (or tweeking the nerve) could technically help. I don't think the size would be so much of an issue though. Pillow measures 13 inches long, just short of 15 inches wide, with the apex of the tear drop shape being between 4 to 8 inches from the bottom.
Question:	Can I use it in my car
Answer:	If your car has a 20" (long) seat --NOOO!! I already have lumbar support in my car ==BUT I lost 5" on my computer chair, and cannot sit w/ it on there. You will lose 5" (at widest point) on what ever seat you put this on. Why no one said this is beyond me.

Answer:	There are different sizes for purchase: 6 inch, 7 inch and 10 inch. Click the button for the one you want. The 10 inch one is about $58.

Answer:	??? Cover on the item I ordered and received was a nice washable poly cotton just as pictured. Not slippery at all. Sounds like they might of sent wrong product or version of product.
Question:	Where can you get additional covers
Answer:	I use two king size pillow cases, wrap them around pillow and pin two cases together. Works great, and you can take them off to wash when ever you need to. You can also take them to an upholstery shop and have a vinyl cover made that is a permanent cover. That’s what I did for pillow I gave a friend.

Answer:	I bought these to protect my husband's heel when he had a pressure wound. It has Velcro to keep it closed but I found that it would always be out of position and hanging off his foot after a night's sleep. I don't really care for the product, personally.
