Answer:	I did not detect a smell. Any minor smell would quickly dissapate, I think.

Answer:	One side is 4 inches, the other about 4 1/2 high. The pillow is pretty firm so those 4 inches won't give in much.

Question:	how do you clean this pillow
Answer:	To wash the cover, we suggest machine or hand washing in cool water with mild detergent and either line drying or using a low heat setting on your dryer. The foam layers should not be washed or saturated with any liquid as this could cause the foam to degrade prematurely and foam is very difficult to fully dry, but can be spot cleaned as needed with a damp cloth. If you purchase the custom fit pillow case to use with your CPAPMax 2.0 Pillow, it can be washed with your other bed linens.
Question:	Is this pillow really firm or soft
Answer:	Each side is different. One side soft and plush and the other side is firmer but not hard. You can change the thickness of the pillow also. The pillowcase with this bundle is wonderful and silky soft. I think it is great and the cutouts work well, especially for side sleepers like me.
