It will not do on rough surface, grass or sand. Folds easy and light weight. The foot rest on two that I purchased kept falling down when getting out the chair. We had to fix both of the chairs by taking off the foot rest and adding black tape, now it works fine.

Answer:	It's very compact. The legs lift off easily and the rest folds to approximately 4 " or 5" thick and the height remains as is ... but the handles also flip down or swivel as needed to make it easier. It fit into the trunk of my small saturn 2 door sedan comfortably ... and also was just put on the back seat every now and then ... it's light enough for me to handle it easily and gave us good service with my husband (he weighed approx. 185 - 195 lbs). Only one caution, when seated in it with the brakes on -- be sure you don't throw your weight backwards against the seat (as in a spontaneous funny belly laugh and slapstick move) because it will flip backwards with you. That happened once with us (no serious injury, but it was a scare -- and so we started parking him with his back to a wall, or placing another chair behind him to be sure we wouldn't repeat. He was rambunctious ! And the love of my life. I can recommend this chair without reservation. It's a good buy for the $$ invested and rides smooth and handles easily. A lifesaver if you just need transport.

Answer:	According to the branch you hang it on I would think. The actual chains part are really heavy duty so I'd say 300 lbs or so. I've swung on it and some young mean have too at around 165 lbs.

Answer:	As far as drying it off, it should be very easy due to the material that the seat is made of. Pushing it in rain is no problem unless there would be water above the wheels on the ground from a heavy rain. I don't think it would do well in Mudd, though I've never tried using it in muddy conditions.
