However, there are differences in the quality of bearings. Perhaps you are referring to the bearing's ABEC rating? Generally speaking, ABEC ratings begin at 1 (that being the most crude) and increase from there, with higher numbers being higher quality.

Question:	Does this fit a hospital bed which is twin extra long
Answer:	Since it inflated as diamond shaped cells it is hard to say exactly how thick it is .. several inches . I can tell you that my mother had a stroke and couldn’t move at all. She slept on that mattress for over 7 years. She was at home and never had a bed sore at all. The mattress inflates constantly. We had it for Over 10 years and just recently had to replace it . I honestly never worried about the thickness because it is essentially an air mattress and always remained full. I hope this helps some I have definitely been happy with it .

Answer:	They are showing the inside and outside of matress. I can tell you this. It is not soft as indicated. It's very hard and uncomfortable. I bought it to put it over my existing mattress because I have arthritic hips. It didn't help and I sent it back. People were hard to work with and it ended up costing me money to send it back. They would not take it back if I had opened it either. I do not recommend it.
