* Fluff the Pillow: please unwrap the pillow then fluff it up using your hands to knead and shake it allowing the pillow to reach its full size.

* Pillow Ventilation: to air out the shredded memory foam filling, place it in a well-ventilated place to dry.

* Do not wash it or put it under the strong sun.

*Wash the Pillowcase: remove the cover from the pillow and wash it using mild detergent. NOTE: Do not use bleach!

Answer:	They can be washed and dried. I suggest dryer balls or tennis balls in the dryer to fluff them back up. Do not use bleach!
