Answer:	They are not firm. They claimed medium firm but when we put our heads on them they sunk down into the pillow and the pillow wrapped around our faces. We returned them immediately. Very disappointed.

Answer:	If you sew, take a new zippered twin size case, inside out- the zipper on my new mulberry silk one (I wash in a lingerie bag, then lay flat to dry) ran along one long side, not the short end. Then pull the existing cover off the pillow. Put them one on top of the other, inside out, zippers together, to measure. Trim off the excess material opposite the zipper side on the new case (I never touched the zipper), to match the width of the original cover. Now you have an open side; stitch that closed (backstitch a smidge at the end to lock the stitches from unraveling). Turn it rightside out again. The new zippered case should fit now. It may not be a perfectly contoured fit, but when sleeping, you'll never notice. If you don't sew, do you have a friend or relative who does? It's a simple fix. Take your friend to lunch to thank her for the favor.

Question:	Will this pillow support my neck if I sleep on back or side ? this pillow seem to have the a curve
Answer:	I purchased the gentle support pillow. At first there is a little resistance on the neck when you are "breaking in" the pillow but it recedes. I am a side sleeper so the support is in the middle of the neck on my side. Your skull will be in the middle of the pillow - where the hole is. No "pushing" on the skull (to me it feels like my skull is resting in someone's cupped hands.

Answer:	I am not sure the difference. This one is pretty firm so maybe it's that. I will say if u are a side sleeper that this pillow curve will hit u in the cheek and not your neck. For sleeping in back it's great. If you are a side sleeper get the next size up from this one. Also I like the firmness of this one. Sounds like that gentle one may be too soft

Answer:	Using this pillow lying on your back: the flat part is very thin under your head, approximately 1/4" loft. The dimensions of the depression where your head rests: 7" horizontal diameter; 6 1/2" vertical diameter of the depression. One edge, which can be used as the top or bottom, has a firmer 4" loft for either under your neck or at top of your head, depending on what is most comfortable for you; the other edge has a 3" firmer loft. This pillow can also be used for sleeping on your side: the side of your face is on top of the wider pillow sides, not in the depression--- this is to keep your head and neck supported while on your side. I used a yard stick to measure the dimensions on my pillow. I find it very comfortable; I don't think I change positions in bed quite as much with this pillow as compared to other pillows I own. (NOTE: This pillow is not suitable for sleeping on your stomach.) I use a regular size pillow case that is washed when I wash my sheets. I can't imagine having to wash the pillow itself very often, if ever---if you believe liquids or body fluids will be saturating the pillow case and soiling the pillow, you may want to place the pillow into a zippered waterproof pillow protector to keep it clean and then put the pillow case on top of the pillow protector. Answer:	Good Afternoon, from edge to edge it is approx. 36 inches. The longer side is 22 inches from the center top. The shorter side is 17 inches, again from the center top. From the center top to the center curve (bottom) is approx. 12 inches. Each "arm" is approx 11-12 inches wide. Hope these help, it is terrible not to be comfortable while trying to sleep. Good Luck!
