Question:	Can i return this for a full refund if my husband can't use it
Answer:	Contact the seller about refunds. Return shipping charges are usually deducted from the refunded amount so you won't get a full refund for the initial cost.
Question:	I have a disk I cannot use as it is too "slippy" It feels like it will spin on its own and throw me off. Do you have more control of this disk
Answer:	You should have a second person to help with the disk to use it properly. The "helper" puts one foot on the center of the disk, and the person being helped puts their two feet on either side of the foot of the helper. The helper then slowly and gently controls the motion of the person being helped. As shown in the photograph, this is NOT the proper way to use the disk with feet together and no helper.
Question:	Is there any slippage of the patients feet on the disc when using
Answer:	I have three of these disks: bedside, recliner, bathroom. I have not observed slippage of the *feet*, barefoot or with shoes, on the disc on any of them. The disc in the bathroom gets wet on and thus cleaned constantly. I am mindful to make sure the floor or disk are not slippery with soap buildup. I keep a spray bottle of vinegar/water to clean that area.

Answer:	The loop you see is the only one. When the belt is on I grabbed the belt itself. Adjust belt to tightness that works best for both of you. I liked this belt.

Question:	is this belt adjustable to a waist line of 27 inch or 34 inch? I need it to be semi-tight, not falling down the hip of the patient
Answer:	Yes, there is a buckle with teeth that grabs into it. This is adjustable to the smallest to largest size waist(my husband is 48-50 and there is still room to spare). My husband weighs 210 and I have lifted him.
