Question:	If I found a white substance and added it to water would the test results show what substance it is? Or at least narrow it down to a category
Answer:	All TCAs are tested and would show up as positive. Some other medications, like Flexeril, can show up as a false positive for TCAs. In this 14 panel test, the specific opiods tested for are Oxycodone, Methadone, Bupenorphine, and Propoxyphene. All other opiods, or the OPI, are non-specifically tested (which would include Fentanyl in most cases but that can depend on the sensitivity of the test as Fentanyl may not always show as a positive result under any opiod tested). OPI would also include medications such as Hydrocodone, and illicit drugs such as heroine. The additional drugs tested are THC, methamphetamine, amphetamines, MDMA, PCP, benzodiazepines, barbituates, and cocaine. Generally, all urine panels test for all of the drugs that are classified under each component, i.e. Ativan or Xanax would reflect a positive benzodiazepine. And again, any Tricyclic antidepressant would show as a positive TCA (Elavil, Nortriptyline, etc).

Question:	Can poppy seeds give a false positive reading
Answer:	Paper covering was on BOTH sides of the palette, not on one as mentioned in the site information. Two of us tried to remove the paper on all four sides, but couldn’t even get it started as there was no tab, slit, crease, cut, or fold to begin the process. We were able to begin the removal on one side due to the fact that the paper on it was wrinkled. However, after five minutes of peeling off multiple little pieces and still having half of it left we decided to return the product. Not sure why it was so difficult to remove the paper (storage length, temp, too much glue, etc. ???) but definitely not user friendly.

Answer:	So sorry to bring this problems to you, there is a protective film on one side of the product to protect the product, we suggest you could use a craft knife or a scissor side blade to gently peel out a little of the cover in a corner firstly, and then gently peel off the protective paper by hand.

Answer:	Actually the paper is very durable and if cared for correctly and not treated like a old towel when you clean them, allow them to dry, and always use the same method tp prepare them again for use as you did the very first time, they will last a good time. Although i bought one package of refills so I would have paper to use while cleaning and drying used paper, I have used the original. cleaned it and reused it over 8 times now and its still like new, except that its stained by a few colors. I would advise never using anything on the paper or sponge as some have suggested such as mouth washes or household cleaning products or even vinegar as that will break the paper, and the sponge down and you will be faced with a lot of replacements. Mold and fungus is not really much of a problem if you use the palette regularly so that you do need to clean it every month or so. If you live somewhere that does promote mold growth, such as hot and wet climate, storing the palate in an airtight ziplock storage bag if you are not going to be painting for several days or more and make sure neither the sponge or paper are too wet. Its better to have to add water by spraying some on the sponge every other day or so than having it so we that your water based paints get runny. If mold is just really a problem, then initially set you palette up with water as directed but only use spray on solutions meant to keep acrylic paint from drying out too fast. Between the initial water and the dry retardant the paint will stay wet for weeks and weeks with no sign of mold (apparently that is an effect of the retardant) and without breaking down either the paper of the sponge. I use Liquitex Palette Wetting Spray. When I initially set up a clean palette, before placing any paint I spray the paper generously.
