Answer:	It's adjustable. I would guess it's usable for everyone with an adult sized leg. It measures 10-1/4 inches from the top to the bottom (height). The opening for the kneecap is 2-1/2" in diameter.

Answer:	This one fits 13-17.5. I don't see a brace for 21" in this brand on Amazon. Sorry. Looks like largest is 20 inch.
