Answer:	Just make sure that the app is running on your Android device and that the batteries on the pulse ox can last the night. You might consider using a bit of athletic tape to ensure that the pulse oximeter doesn’t fall off your finger.

Answer:	If I use the ViHealth app while taking a reading AND I have given permissions to write data to Apple Health from that app, it will record to Apple Health. Without the app, you have to write it yourself.

Answer:	I have two pulse oximetry from different manufacturers and they both read the same. I had a heart transplant so I have been tracking SpO2 and pulse for years. In my opinion this is a great unit especially since you can wear it overnight and get 10 hours of data wirelessly. I highly recommend this product.
Question:	What is the name of the app for this device
Answer:	ViHealth is available from the "App Store" for i-devices (you can run the app on an iPad or iPhone or BOTH!) For Android, Google Play and search for Wellue. Be careful; well, not a problem if you get the wrong one, just delete it. My first foray into Google Play I got a Wellue app for their BP monitor. Great, but I don't have a BP monitor. Deleted and searched more carefully. Also note a couple things: 1) you may have two or three of these finger thingies and you can monitor individually from one phone/tablet. 2) you may have two or more phones and you want simultaneous monitoring (checking up on the checker!) 3) if the finger thingy is off, you can look at history. Please note though that when your blood perfusion level is low or when your hands are cold, the device may need more time to optimize and register an accurate reading. In this instance, we suggest that you warm your hands and fingers before taking the measurements. You can do this simply by rubbing your hands together. Remember your pulse oximeter is measuring your SpO2 and PR based on your blood flow. If the blood flow in your finger drops below a certain level, the pulse oximeter will not be able to function. Answer:	Yes I have and the heart rate is very close. I have several of these and COPD and this ones heart rate at least the one that I have is very good. On the cell phone app which is called Oximeter the oxygen sensor is way off like 5 points high which is critical and I was told that the cell phone oximeter was more designed for sports than for actual health problems! as an example a five point spread could cause major organ damage do to low oxygen!

Answer:	Dear Customer, In order to download data from the device, you will need to download the PC software from our CMI Health Website. On our website, the software can be found under the "Support --> Download" tabs. Once the data has been downloaded from the device to the PC software, it can be exported from the software. Question:	I have an android phone. what is the name of the app i need to use. i tried using the qr code and something came up in chinese. phone said do no use
Answer:	No. It displays the "real time" SpO2 pulse ox and pulse rate but to my knowledge, there are no audible warnings. I've regularly driven mine down well below 90% when running and nothing happens at those lower levels except it displays the lower numbers.

Answer:	PI is an indicator of the relative strength of the pulsatile signal from pulse oximetry and has been found to be a reliable indicator of peripheral perfusion. PI is calculated by dividing the pulsatile signal (AC) by the nonpulsatile signal (DC) times 100, and is expressed as a percent ranging from 0.02% to 20%. You can check these things on Google as well.
