Answer:	I solved this. I would pull the scale out, step on it, and get a first weight that was 3.5 lbs too high. Second weight was right. Turns out I wasn't letting it reset after moving it. Just set the scale on the floor. Tap it or briefly step on it. Let it flicker and then go to 0.0; then when you step on it you'll get the correct weight.

(What I like about it is that it is extremely precise and does not alter reading if you get on and off within a few seconds. My old digital scale gave me 2-3 different readings within a minute of me getting on the scale or if I moved the scale to a different location in the room.) This is the best scale I ever owned.

Question:	I changed the batteries and my scale still won't work. what do I need to do
Answer:	If its actuall stainless steel you should its not magnetic

Answer:	Surprisingly very easy, I am happy to say! I just now had to do this myself a few minutes ago.. All I did was take a regular thumb tack and push the nail part upward into the top of the heart (above that round little dot in the middle of the heart) and voila! the bracelet snapped open and I was free! I know this question is kinda old but I wanted to answer it in case someone else (like myself) was confused on how to open this darn thing haha^^

Question:	Does the stainless steel finish feel especially cold to bare feet
Answer:	The sleeve wraps around the top and back of the shoulder just like it wraps around the top and front of the shoulder as pictured. You can slide the sleeve closer to your neck to cover even more of the top and back of the shoulder if you would like. Of course, you will have to adjust the Velcro tabs to how snug or loose you would like them to be.
Question:	I have a toddler that picks everything up. Will this shatter since it has glass in the middle? Looking for a safe digital scale that is kid friendly
Answer:	This shoulder brace contains neoprene 4%, polyester 17%, nylon 48%, lycra spandex 17% cotton 17%(with germanium and bamboo charcoal). Thus, it did contain very few of neoprene, but if you have a serious allergy with it, we may suggest you ask your doctor before you use it.
